On a somewhat unrelated note, did anyone else get excited to hear that Jerry Minor will be on CBB TV this season? As much as I enjoy the show, I wouldn't mind if a certain "thug" decided to take it over.

 

I really want him to appear on the podcast again soon... as Cyberthug, himself, whoever, just have him on.

I'm glad to see it's just the two of them. Bringing in everybody from the "Womplerverse" for mega-episodes is fun, but it's good to get back to the basics sometimes. Wompler and Listler are where it's really at.

 

It was really nice to have a Wompler episode that didn't keep stopping to fill in back story.

 

I still think there should be a special mini episode to catch people up so that doesn't happen on the next Womp-tacular.

 

Also, I saved this for two days because I knew I would love it, and it did not disappoint.

I love the carnist one! Good call! Not to be that guy again, but Royal Baby is on Best of Vol 3, and it keeps getting brought up.

Episodes 91 and 96 have been featured in best ofs, and multiple scenes from 92 and 95 already made the cut. I hope that helps!

I listened to all three today and I'm not even close to burnt out. Hope him and Ian Roberts make more frequent appearances.

[Episode 129 — LIVE at the Chicago Improv Festival]

I'm super biased since I was there, but this is one of the best episodes ever. I'm also biased towards live episodes and aditionally biased towards any original members of the UCB reuniting, so I fully admit that I could be wrong. However, I gave this a listen today, and I personally think at least three scenes could make the next best of.

 

Also, I was left hanging by someone for this show and two last minute potential replacements flaked out on me. I manged to get someone to go to ASSSSCAT with me, but my additional ticket for this performance went unused. Thanks to Matt Walsh, Ian Roberts and Matt Besser for signing that ticket and coming across as really genuinely nice guys.
