i challenge anyone over the age of 12 to go back and watch billy madison or happy gilmore again and honestly say they are not terrible. cause they are, they are just as unfunny, cheap and crass as any of the new shit, it just seems worse because he's such a higher profile actor and this trash costs way the fuck more to make.

just rewatched this at work tonight. 100% agree with everything in this thread, this movie is full on coo coo bananas. one of the things that made me laugh out loud was i forgot that the scene in Austin Powers 2 when dr evil is playing piano and mini me is sitting on the piano playing a tiny piano is a reference to this movie, the fact that that exact same thing happens in this movie and is ten times more insane and not played for laughs is mind boggling.

they're paid back up dancers voluntarily taking part in a rehearsed awards show music number! so all non starring performers in a musical number are props? now i haven't read anything on it but have any of these performers come out as saying they feel they were degraded? do you find the ass slapping degrading or the idea of twerking and "ratchet culture" degrading. cause they both are! either it's degrading to women or its a racist appropriation of black culture. it can't really be both, because it would imply you think it's more acceptable for the black hip hop community to be degrading to women in this fashion cause they invented this particular brand of misogyny. and also, 2 chainz was part of the same fucking performance, surrounded by scantily clad ass shaking "props" as you would call them. so whats your point?

i was kinda of confused too but i think sark cleared some shit up at the end of the episode, i got the impression that the other viewer room and probably the other crystal room are at the opposite end of the tower. like both ends have same set up and the old dude is in the other crystal room. i think the viewers are more like a periscope but with some sorcery mixed in, cause like i still don't understand how they work if they all have paintings hanging in front of them. theres gotta be some magic shit going on i was also thinking, they should see if they can clog up those leaking soul pipes in the crystal room some how maybe it'll cause a catastrophic pressure build up and blow that whole end up.
