what i like about this reference is that before you specified which guy from step by step i had honestly already thought of three other people from the show to be "Guy From Step By Step." amazingly i had forgotten THE CODESTER

i don't want to, like, DEFEND this movie at any length, but it's always been a lot of fun, and just as much so when i was 7 as now at 27. i think 90% of its redeemable qualities come directly from raul julia who is just amazing in this movie and either really loves playing bison or is the greatest actor of his generation. also i'm pretty sure kylie minogue is hell of responsible for kickstarting my adolescence

pretty much. there is no nostalgia for double dragon and i think the only interesting thing about it is that one of the brothers is now the chairman on iron chef. meanwhile i own jcvd street fighter on blu-ray and it's a blast whether or not im sober.

johnny's pink ribbon and denny creeping in the corner are amazing details. -

this movie did give us an a capella version of a new-wave song as performed by dan aykroyd, which you can probably only say for maybe four or five other aykroyd movies, i would guess?

i would be interested in them doing double dragon. even as a kid who grew up with video games and was thrilled with jcvd street fighter and mortal kombat, i remember thinking double dragon was super weird and simply Not Good. it still piques my interest in a way that other video game movies don't.

sounds like it was a movie incredibly true to the source material then

this particular shined turd came out two years after that law was changed i think. but he's still able to scrape up about $10m for things like the sequel and the many bloodraynes he has seemed to release so far.

pretty sure aaron asks "are you looking to register a new mhhnn nomaind" during the commercial at 30 minutes making it my favorite five seconds of pure distilled aaron ever

aside from ben kingsley and dave foley i don't know that he is exactly pulling in talent above his level. christian slater, tara reid, and michael madsen were probably a lot more discerning and expensive in the 90s.

yeah i'm not big on him usually but this is one of my favorite episodes and he's the reason why. few guests seem as into it as he was. "i need to yell about this movie more!"

Episode 55 — The Devil's Advocate: LIVE!

please make sure to also give some real credit for being a shitlord PUA to neil strauss for writing "the game," which i think predates even ~mystery~ -
i also came across it as a kid of maybe eight or nine, basing my decision to watch it on the somewhat suspect logic of "john candy is in this movie, and john candy does really great movies, because i'm a tiny baby kid."

just going to posit that marco GULP rubio reaching for the water last night is an indication that aaron is gunning for tig's AHC title

Episode 55 — The Devil's Advocate: LIVE!

they did. maybe pacino pulled double duty as foley artist. if he didn't i want warner brothers to know i would buy this on blu-ray if it included a bonus audio track of pacino as foley artist. -

i don't think keanu is the worst but my favorite guilty pleasure is the replacements, so ;_; -
i'm surprised david doesn't know what a smallpox vaccination scar looks like or why people his age and younger don't have that scar.
