An incredible buddy cop movie starring Dolph Lundgren as the Asian affairs expert and Brandon Lee as the street smart, wise cracking American. Seriously. Bad acting? Check. A drug called ICE taking over America? Check. Fights in bathouses with naked Yakuza members? Check Terrible jokes? Check The trailer: I couldn't believe my eyes when I caught this movie late one night in college. It is terrible in every way but a joy to watch.
