Yeah, when they had all those old NBC clips up for their anniversary clips last year I was in Heaven. Stack has been so many hilarious characters over the years, it's great to hear him on this podcast and he seems like such an awesomely nice guy. How great was it when he recognized his old improv friend from Wisconsin? !?!? anyways, I would totally love all these old bits compiled in an easy to digest format, but youtube does have some good ones. The current Conan show is good but there aren't as many characters. One of my favorites was Stack as the 30 Rock ghost. Die laughing every single time.

Episode 2 — The Betsy Podcast
freeagent replied to JulyDiaz's topic in With Special Guest Lauren Lapkus
i love that her one question for Michael Jackson was a WYR. Help Me Rhonda was great. paraphrasing here: Ah ok this next question is a good one- Should I do my laundry today or wait until tomorrow? Earwolf is just too good to me. I look forward to these new podcast eps (CBB, WC, HDTGM, UTU2TM, WSGLL) more than I do my favorite tv shows. -
Next Episode Idea
freeagent replied to derekahc's topic in U Talkin' Talking Heads 2 My Talking Head
yes that Naomi and Kulap ep NEEDS to happen. I've always thought a good ep would be where they tackle U2's guest appearances on other people's music. For example, Wyclef did a remix with Bono a long time ago. i was also watching something where Wyclef was performing and brought the Edge up to play along, plus the Edge has been on some of his albums. Bono has also collaborated with K'naan. I'm sure there's a ton of other songs that I'd love to hear their take on. -
Episode 324 — Golden Duchess Cruise Lines

i can't believe Scott didn't seize on the chance to go full Shrek on "Donk"-ey. great ep, i always enjoy when Colin stops by -

this was great and I'm even more excited about what new characters she will come up with. Lauren Lapkus is unstoppable. -
U2 is all over the place right now...The Tonight Show, Later, Band aid..
freeagent posted a topic in U Talkin' Talking Heads 2 My Talking Head
Bono is taking part in Band Aid 30 and I saw him being interviewed for that, calling the new singers he is working with "Star Trek:The Next Generation." I also saw him last week on Later...with Jools Holland and U2 did a mini interview there where he said 100 million people sampled the album and 30 million kept it and brought it into their lives. This week they are doing their 5 night stint on Jimmy Fallon. I dunno, this seems like good enough reason to record another ep. -
and you give up when you rewind that last and just listen to the ad.

one of my faves of the year. Scott gets pretty gross on this one. Chelsea describing the divorced guy with the young girlfriend and Scott making those horrible sounds is one of the most hilarious and digusting things I've heard. Especially eith my headphones on.

hahahaha perfect. i guess it WAS recorded a few weeks ago right? i remember her postin pics

I have dipped my toe into some of these and feel most might be dependent on who the guest or topic is that week, such as I was there too.

a Santa Clause? Ernest Saves Christmas? Home Alone (was 3 released in theaters? ) this is assuming they are xmas movies though.

Is Anyone Else Annoyed by Scott Recently?
freeagent replied to kennygray's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
nope! -
did everybody tweet her cbb ?????

Good episode but I like the ones where Chelsea partakes in the fun a bit more. I listened to her ep from Jan with the Bachelor Brothers and that is probably one of my favorites from the year. Also funny to hear her and Scott talk reference the same subjects: periods, benign nine, ab-so-lutely. Still a good ep though! Seth really grossed me out with his whispering. ughhh.

Best of 2014: Stump for favorite episodes here!
freeagent replied to CrustyDustReceptacle's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
yes...Charlotte's website definitely snuck up on me. The AFV theme song by Lapkus was ringtone for about half the year. It's so old that people might forget about but it's definitely a worthy of a mention. -

Will We Get a Farts and Procreation 4?!
freeagent replied to Hot - Slunch's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
good idea ... but Chels is so good on Farts. she has great original characts (the curious Latina) and her wolf story from F+R3 is so so so good. Maybe just have her do both -
For love of the Game and Trouble With the Curve?!? Horse hooves swollen like boxing gloves? that first moment they discover "You Gotta Laugh"? This is one of my favorite episodes ever. a true delight.

MARC MA-RON!!!

Ana Gasteyer's SNL announcing was great too. Has to throw that in.
-
good show all around! ana was a great guest and i love that Scout loved her music. "Oh yeaah this is riiight up my alley." As far as riddle me this, i have grown to love it I just feel it has gotten to the point where Scott is quick to abandon it. This one ended really fast and the actual riddles were not too great i must point out, i love that Gino could have just aid WOODy Allen for his brown answer but went to Doody. also, bonus points anytime Scott busts out his Woody impression. Speaking of "points" Gino's Chris Hardwick line was hilarious.

a lot of these look super interesting but I might have to pick and choose which episodes of the podcasts I listen to. I already don't have enough time to listen to the small group of pods I try to listen to regularly (CBB, HDTGM, Call Chelsea Peretti, Whooch). Has anybody listened to these and have any thoughts? There is some great talent behind these.

Fantastic episode. Small is just hilarious. Everybody was fantastic. just wanted to say that.

I just think most companies know what they are kind of getting when they advertise with these shows. Plus I honestly enjoy a lot of Scott's ad readings because sometimes they are insanely hilarious (a recent one involving a police case comes to mind) and I do think some of these companies sound interesting.
