Dear Earwolf: I think a lot of Blastronauts would superdig a t-shirt, but only size XL is presently available. Any chance of one last run of other sizes? Please?

I am also loner! And an orphan! And sometimes lonely! I think Sarah and I should be friends. We can hang out alone together. (Seriously, she is adorable.)

Man, I couldn't figure out why I vaguely recognized the guest's name, but it's because he's one of the Forgie Quintuplets! I guess his current work is a mite more important than being born at the same time as four siblings, so it didn't come up/he didn't want to mention it. (I'm from Ottawa and the quints were a Big Deal back in the day)

Actually said 'Oh my God' aloud to no one (not even the cat was around) when I saw who the guest was. Looking forward to my commute for the first time...well, since last Tuesday, probably. YAY MOLLY!

If I wasn't influenced by rational thought, like Tim Minchin, I'd think it divine intervention that I was the donor shoutout on this edition. (We know at least one person in common.) Great show. Liked it a great deal. Another good podcast he's been on is , which is all about the science-and-evidence based. Also, Ben Goldacre is great at debunking detoxes and other unnecessary things we think are science-y and beneficial, but are generally not.

I listened to the 'Kyle's Mother Meditation' three times in a row. The tears of mirth are neverending.

Episode 238 — Marissa Wompler's Birthday Pool Party LIVE
blau replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
Woke up this morning, thought "Oh, new CBB. HOLY CRAP, WHEN WAS MARISSA'S BIRTHDAY?" and lo and behold... It's only 9:23am, but I suspect that this will make my day. Womp it up! -
List of Scott's Frequently Repeated Phrases
blau replied to RyanCampbell's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
He does say 'All of the sudden' an awful lot. I'm not sure that qualifies as a catchphrase, but my ears sure catch it 'cause it's kinda wrong. -
Generally, everyone was wonderful. Even Chelsea is forgiven for laughing too hard to speak throughout the latter half for her wolf/bramble charac. So stupid, but delightful. The 'Winter is Coming'/Tony Stark thing will never not be funny. Didn't QUITE live up to the magic of the other two, but would that have ever been possible? I was entertained like crazy.

I hope the podcast folk got to go to the Vivian Maier exhibit when they were in Chicago. I saw it in December and it was phenomenal.

Dang. Now I'm even more envious of the folks who get to see the tour. Even got a little misty hearing the cheers of the crowd during the opening. Sounds like a joyful bunch of people. Probably terrible to say, but Aaron losing it was a highlight. The rest was fun too, of course.
