I read Decoded last year and had a hard time believing all the stories and narrative he was packing into his rhymes. To me, it seemed at the chance of hindsight, Jay went back and filled in a lot of meaning to what he was saying, even though he may have not intended for it to mean whatever when he first wrote the rhyme. Cant Knock the Hustle and Come and Get Me (first part) are my shit though. Some guy on the internet recently described Jay-Z best when he said "shoddy sophistication".
