The last few Twooch's with Stard have been beyond amazing, and this one is the cherry on top.
-
This is the perfect example of what CBB is all about. Flawless.
-
BRILLIANT.
-
Stard either needs to join as full on host, or start his own podcast, Preferably with Howard. Their chemistry is electric.
-
The guest was the most boring part of the episode. Matt just doesn't really make me laugh.
-
Brett needs to just be the fill in KuKu already, this episode was amazing. I walked home drunk yesterday night and I put this on just for company and holy shit, it was amazing. I'm about to do this, it sounds amazing.

woah! what a truly great episode. somehow the vibes were just right and that opening was hilarious and strangely fascinating. Howard and Brett (who should just cohost the episodes with Howard already) were firing on all cylinders. Really was a palate cleanser. WHERE IS BEANS.

I found Mike insufferable at the start, specially the whole philip seymour hoffman riff he went on. Completely unnecessary. Followed by his whole captain phillips tirade, in which he corralled everyone to join in on into a horribly bully-like conversation that was one of the most shallow things I've ever heard and didn't even meander on funny but was just trying to be shocking for cheap laughs. It was akin to Family Guy, which is not a compliment in the least. Yet I have to say that by the end, I kinda warned up to Mike. His love for the movie Up was kinda great, and I actually know the area he came from and liked his whole bus struggles and discussions with April about Batman. If this episode had somehow just ended up being those two discussing in depth pop culture, I think it would have been bearable. But if a dud guest had been the only thing wrong with this episode it would have made it alright. Howard became more and more gratiying throughout the episode. Starting with overly getting on April's case, which by the end she seemed to lose SO much interest (who can blame her really?) and the his whole "make'em ups" shtick got so old so quick. It's like, what DO you like Howard? It was charming and funny the first time, not as much the millionth. Kulap's expert wrangling of Howard being self-indulgent and bad guest was in dire need. April, who is amazing in Go Bayside!, could not catch a break. I genuinely felt bad for her at times her. She is not like Kulap, in that she can't take a criticism with out focusing too much on how she can't do things just like Howard likes them (this is more on DBS than anyone) and it felt like it really got to her. I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't do another guest hosting. In fact, I'd be fine if Whooch took a brief break til Kulap is done with her projects. I never realized just how much she brings to the table until this disaster of an episode. WC has always been such a nice thing to look forward to listen to at work every week, but this ep had such a weird taste to it. No sir, I did not like it.

PERFECT EPISODE.

Episode 3 β The Joshua Tree
WEdidITagain replied to JulyDiaz's topic in U Talkin' Talking Heads 2 My Talking Head
just gonna put this out there, I'm going to be kinda controversial with this but uhh, I love I love films. Any hopes for longer episodes of I love films!?!?!?!? I want to start a podcast about my love for this podcast. -
Episode 006 β Shut Up and Have Fun with Danny Mahoney
WEdidITagain replied to JulyDiaz's topic in The Andy Daly Podcast Pilot Project
My only complaint: the minute I remembered this isn't going to be an actual podcast. I would love to hear more of these every week. Holy shit, every episode so far is better than the last. -
Matt Braunger was cringe worthy to me, until he started talking about MadTV and then he kinda evened out. It felt like he was trying a little too hard and a lot of his bits were met with silence. But it's probably because of the SXSW audience must have made him nervous. Either way, everyone else was firing on all cylinders. An almost perfect episode.
-
I'd love to see April on this, she'd be great! This is a really great list of just funny ladies in podcasts right now, job well done.
-
can we please just have an excerpt of when they all want to start talking about the movie and Zouks immediately starts by talking about the Blended trailer.
-
holy shit. this episode was perfect. need a meme of paul "bones her to death- because his dick is too hot"

HOLY SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT. I LOVED this show as a kid. And completely forgot about that righteous guitar shredding which to this day I remember and hum when doing something difficult, totally forgot it came from this. I wonder if the show holds up. I remember it scaring me super-bad as a kid, like this show is a bit too adult for me or something. That one guy with the mask and white hair was a frequent minor antagonist and he gave me nightmares. There was this episode with a city of kids that also made me feel uncomfortable. Did I have reverse Flowers for Algernon or something?

Episode 268 β What Does the Fonz Say?
WEdidITagain replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
The way Betsy's Voda would groan every time Scott brought up the apples was GOLD. Had me smiling every time. Usually not the biggest fan of Pardo, but gotta say this episode was amazing. Come to think of it, all the episodes this year have been pretty high up in the echelon of hilarity, hard pressed to find one that was just "somewhat funny" or around there. Hoping this might be the funniest year of Comedy Bing Bang Theory yet! -
Jason blew my mind by talking about one of my favorite comics, Immortal Iron Fists (which goes back to something I noticed of him not just liking comics but having impeccable taste), and then he WROTE Ride Along? whaaaaaaaaaaaat.

FIVE MINUTES IN AND JUNE ALREADY KILLS IT.

Episode 267 β That Wasnβt It (Iβm Back) [Hee Hee]
WEdidITagain replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
The Hee Hee Iβm Back: Michael Jacksonβs βBack from the Deadβ Tour (Seriously Iβm Back [Hee Hee]) made me laugh HYSTERICALLY. Also, best line was when Jerrod took a minute and simply said, "you know, since you've come back, you been catching me off guard a lot, Michael. I'm not ready for a lot of this." -
Horatio has quickly become one of my favorite recurring guests in Comedy Big Bang Theory. He's seriously flawless. The references, the characters, the execution. He's amazing.
-
Can Jason's promise to get Justin Long to come on for this episode come true? This episode might too bonkers for words. I told my girlfriend about this podcast, and how it's my favorite and I listen to it at work and she doesn't listen to any podcast or whatever but when I told them it was Crossroads she lost her goddamn mind. I never seen this movie, OH BOY. What am I in for?
-
HOLY SHIT GUYS.

This episode just progressively got better. I knew I was in for a treat but everyone just got funnier and funnier as it kept going. The internet bit had me close to tears, and I love how into every got and went along with it. DAG was spectacular, loved that he could tell really great stories about how he came up on the comedy scene and also be hilarious, and how he made the choice to say he knew who the singer was. And her not being able to get through the song was incredibly charming, loved when the guys started noting it. Seriously one of the best of the year.

This might be a terribly unpopular opinion, but I can't stand Pardo. Having said that, great Ducca. I could hear a whole 90 minutes of him just listing things, and woah what a musical guest.
