In other other-earwolf p-cast news, Neil Casey's on Womp It Up today, he was really digging into that "grumpy recluse" comedy persona.

Has anyone listened to Hayley Shield's single child podcast? I looked it up and it seems to be by two adults so I don't even know. Does have a ma on the most recent episode, i love a momcast.

I thought it was a goof that the boys will be on CBB this week and it turns out not to be a goof! e: we got a scotty auks "speak on that" e2: this is really making me think of that time that woman comedian said "you sound like dutch people"

Hey chaps, sorry for not getting my review in on the first page, or reviewing last week's epi at all (I thought it was good, though Neil Casey was a bit too lumbered w/ playing the straight-man to be funny, but he did his job well) but kroll was very good. He's a very funny man. Hayes did a good job on the ads. I feel that just being one person allows him to construct a more elaborate, gothic-comic reading than can survive in the collaborative ads. Shame that you got bounced out of the studio too soon, but I suppose if it can't be helped it can't be helped. The scotched intro-segment will go down in history as one of those tantalising unrealised artworks, like the last tycoon, etc. Crick Gnoll, I call him. Like a riverbed goblin. Just because of the name, sure he's a lovely man.

i would like to specify, that i also like PFT. No mortal insult ins meant by my p-cast sub-list.

Also, I'm just now clocking that engie cody's name is cody skully, and not just a nickname bestowed upon him by howie... kramer. Cool name you;ve got there, engie cody skully.

I stipped listening to spontaneination because I found that, in the 5 years in between, I had fallen out of love w/ PFT talking shit over Eban's piano accompianment. i really liked this epi. the sandler bit was very good & fun and I liked the 2 guys a lot. It was good to see the "hey, it's Comedy Central" running gag reappear, obviously big fans of the show.

John Gabrus is a very funny guy and it's always a delight to hear him. Never noticed how satirical his stuff was but he is razor-sharp! I'm going to do some breathing exercises and try to listen to the pre-guest segment again.

I had to skip the first 20 minutes because call in pranks make me anxious but the woman on the other end sounded game and u DID bleep Brett's identifying details. I'll probably get around to it later. Looking forward to the guest seggy, though from the pictures, Gabrus is getting steadily fatter. I mean, it's none of my business, but I worry for him, you know?

An hour late is the podcast cancelled?

Boys, I don't mean to scald you, and I hope you know this comes from a place of love, but you might wanna start reading some of that ad copy! I mean, the luke-rate one was ok, thought they might not like you seding half the ad to a competitor, but you read basically none of the harry's copy! Nothing about a german factory, or how the clerk at the chemists hates you as he uh, unlocks the 'zor cabinet (?) NOT A WORD about how they'll also et women buy their razors... just some stuff about shaving water which frankly I don't know whether to believe or not. I'm on a econd listen and I haven't gotten to the point where MH digs n and gets the humour.

so that's the end of the pilot story, what happens next week? Mary Holland was really fun too. Also I'm feeling pretty sore that I didn't get to ask a PCG question, which would have been "If you love the nation of the dutch people so much why don't you be legally wed to it?"
