with all the other carnage going on i didn't even see that .. great spot. to be honest with you when i looked it up i couldn't for the life of me remember seeing that scene before. i got so caught up with cage's performance i'm now wondering what else ive missed? great catch though

also, i know it's just a movie poster and they don't always give a true representation of a movie but can someone explain this to me ... does it have anything to do with anything?

i have nothing extra to add about this movie but i can say ive never wanted to buy a dvd just because of the commentary before but after i finish this i am going straight over to amazon because this is nuts. even this 10 minute edit ( ) is amazing. things you learn ... - nic explains the voice ... but listening to the director i cant help but feel nic based the voice on the him. but the nuts part is that the director says he didn't notice the accent until the producers flipped out over it! how do you not notice the accent? - nics favourite line - the people dancing outside the hotel .. director "i don't know what this is about ... i don't know what i was doing" .. there must have been a truck full of cocaine on set - nics cat destroyed his hotel room. and nic choreographed all the moves in the alphabet scene in his hotel room with his cat ... no wonder the cat destroyed the room. he was probably breathing in all the cocaine dust ... poor lewis and that's just the first 5 minutes of this clip .. there's still another 95 minutes ...i gotta get the dvd

the first time i heard of this movie was in this indie wire article. it wasnt until i googled it i realized this is where most of those crazy meme's and gif's come from. it's one of his own favourite movies. and i love connection with face/off. it all makes sense now after seeing it. here's the section from the article: i must watch his bad lieutenant. i have it on bluray but i was saving it in case HDTGM cover it. maybe i should just watch it.

im trying to get my HDTGM dvd count upto 100 by the end of this year. i bought #92 over the weekend ... reindeer games ... or as it's called over here ... they changed the name but didn't bother changing the tag line ... which now makes even less sense

my sister gave me her copy of girl on a train about 2 months ago and said it was a brilliant read etc etc ... i was going to read it and then i remembered the movie was about to come out ... so i decided to just wait for that. similar thing happened with gone girl. i wasn't too impressed with either film to be honest but after we watched GOAT my sister complained it wasn't as good as the book.. they left alot out and changed stuff ... but it did start a conversation about how fast these books are getting turned into movies. if you have only read a book in the previous year are you really going to enjoy the film ... all the twists and turns are going to be really fresh in your mind. does a thriller remain a thriller if you know exactly whats about to happen ... not that it was difficult to figure GOAT out, they pretty much gave it away 1/3 of the way through the movie .. much like gone girl. after that it was just people crying for an hour. the term "misery porn" never felt so apt.

i watched vampire's kiss last night ... i'm lost for words ... i was interrupted half way through for about 1/2 hour and i very nearly went back to the start to make sure my memories were real ... i thought cage was nuts in kiss of death but this performance is on another level .. i was actually on edge because of it .. just kept hearing jason shout "what is happening???"

hi, this is firsttimecallerlongtimelistenr, i just want to start by saying i love the show ... i dont think there's a need for anyone to make a gif from any part of vampire's kiss cause this seems to be the most gifed movie ever also, imagine the carnage on set if it was Neveldine, Taylor and Depardieu ..

vin diesel, sam jackson, skiing in a forest, ridiculous tech talk, downhill skate boarding, martial arts, explosions, moto cross, brazilian footballers, plane crashing into a falling satellite ... if there's any parkour in this it could be the quintessential HDTGM movie

all these worries about death row inmate numbers ... lets not forget this is the neveldine/taylor universe ... it's full of ghost riders and crankers ... and with the possible tie ins with the deathrace/fast&furious/solarbabies worlds .. there's gona be plenty of people on death row to go around ... that is of course if cops like the rock stop just letting people go and then joining their "families" before falling out with the daddy of the family and maybe causing the family to split up ... but seriously ... lets not forget 2 things ... firstly, butlers character wasn't on death row (at least i dont think he was) until dexter put the stuff in his brain and then forced him to kill his buddy. he was in the military so im guessing alot of these people on death row got there in a similar fashion. dexter implanted stuff in the brains of soldiers for use in crooked government sanctioned experiments to test the technology and then forced them to kill someone to see if he could control a person to carry out the ultimate act against their will and, as a handy bonus, bump up the numbers for his game. secondly, dexter said something about setting the technology off in the air .. to infect everyone ... so he only needed a limited number of prisoners anyway .. just enough so he could perfect the technology before releasing it and control everyone with his own brain .. but this raises further questions ... how is one man going to control everyone else with his one brain? and what happens if that one man dies? is life everywhere just stopped? put on pause???

do you think the prison in gamer was the same place as the weird landscape in Solarbabies and all those games the babies played was just training for some sort of futuristic video game? or maybe it was a childs game and bodhai was actually the character the child played as?

just a few things i'll get out of the way in the one post: the kid was wearing a crank tshirt in one of the battle scenes Q turned up ... always welcome the 3 cuts on dexters chest was a bruce lee reference im sure .. he even made the same noise and that audience member nailed it with the flash back/forward observation note: these may have been mentioned during the episode but i was carving a halloween pumpkin for the first time ever as i was listening to it so i might have missed some stuff .. apologies if already out there
