    Thursdays at 7 don't work great for me (pub trivia starts at 6:30 and goes late), and since I fully expect my absence to make it a non-starter, then that time won't work.

     

    Besides, there's this whole situation with a girl and a trip to LA that's happening in a few weeks and my whole brain is clogged up right now. I'm probably going to just wither up and die because Agata hasn't given me any advice yet. :/

    As a longtime Mike and Tom Eat Snacks fan, where you live and die by the sincerity of "See you next week", I'm disturbed by how numb I am to this betrayal.

     

    I can do a great Engineer Cody impression if anyone wants to pool our resources and record an homage episode. I hear Charlie Murphy does a great Sean. Tim can guest.

    Hey guys sorry I slept through the call-in part.

     

    Funny story though. Last night I was out with a group and during dinner there was a little lull in the conversation.

     

    I said to the guy across from me "do you like superhero movies?", and it turned into a long conversation about Nickelodeon v. Disney Channel v. Cartoon Network.

    Bay Areans (that's what we're called, right?), Sean will be at SF Sketchfest this year with his and Dom's show Shitty Jobs. I was hoping Hollywood Handbook with do a live show at Sketchfest this year, but I am excited to see Shitty Jobs.

     

    AHHH REALLY???

     

    I saw it once in LA and it was so good.

    We're all going, right?

     

    I'm giong to put together a list of all the shows I want to see.

    Last year I did a whole weekend of like 4 Stella shows.

    I notice Stella isn't there this year :( :( :(

    Does anyone actually "rep" the South Bay? I feel like that's kind of gauche. I mean, what are you actually representing? Gentrification and increasing wealth disparities in an already economically lop-sided metropolitan area? That doesn't seem like something most people would "rep."

     

    Classic Chanson swing-and-a-miss. South Bay has a significantly smaller gentrification problem than SF and Oakland/Berkeley.

     

    I mean, it's probably only because we did our gentrification 40 years ago and it's finished by now, but either way...

I know he started in bumstuck flyover nowhere and worked on up to the East Coast ((Boston)) and then I upgraded my self first-class to the West Coast ((Cali!))... maybe my kids will be smart enough to actually live in Hollywood). But probs not for long enough to go out there. Also, I hate you, ya dig?

    I'm in the East Bay and I go on furlough between 12/24 and 1/1 so I will be cold hard chillin' that whole time. If anyone wants to meet up, let me know. Let's make this happen, Andy. Are you doing any stand up while you're here? If not, do you want to?

     

    Yo yo yo I'm in South Bay (rep!) and I'm actually going to be **out** of town December 20-January 3, but I'm **in** town pretty much any other day (doing a ski trip I think sometime in January but other than that). Anastasia I noticed you're starting a new trend of calling your vaca "furlough" which I think is p brave and funny. Gonna start doing that.
