AMAZING episode. I loved when Besser suggested that he was a robot and Lauren went with it only for Besser to shoot it down immediately.

"What do you call those fish that suck on the back of the bigger fish?"
"Janine."

Good one, Mr. J.

If you're looking for a good first episode of Hollywood Handbook to try, check out the Pauly Shore episode. REALLY good episode. I know what you're thinking: isn't Pauly Shore an unfunny douchebag? EH... WRONG! He's actually very charming (and nice and funny and smart), and remember when he called Sean a homo?

I love Wild Horses! I really liked Erin's Ariel!

This was SO GOOD! Love Wild Horses and any combination of their members.

Really good episode with lots of new people!

God Bless Japan.
I'm pretty sure this one has been used before.

I'd love Ben Schwartz to be the host and Besser be a guest along with Lauren.

I'm enjoying this podcast, but I do wish there were more people on this show. I'd love 3 or 4 people on each podcast. I think it actually allows each character to develop more by reacting to more than one person. So far I think both episodes with more than one other person have been great.
Â
Love Lauren so I'll keep listening no matter what.

This is definitely going to sound like I work for the company, but I was really surprised to hear a Time's Up advertisement. That is a legitimately amazing party game that my friends and I love. It's a really simple concept, but there's a lot of subtlety in the game. I recommend it, and I'm going to buy it since the game I use is actually a friend's. If you buy it and don't like it, I'll guarantee that I'll feel bad about it.
Â
ABOUT THE ACTUAL SHOW - Great ep. I was sad that Gemberling took so long to get on though.
-
I'd like to request a Wild Horses sequel
Â
Yes please! They were soooo good! We also got some shocking confessions from Stephanie and Erin.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I think this episode has one of the funniest scenes of the podcast. The scene where Eugene and Pam are listening to the radio while a disaster is happening is hilarious. He keeps changing the channel as the disaster escalates. So good!

I think I remember a while ago Besser saying he wanted people talking into their webcam. Don't know if he still wants those, but I think this fits the bill pretty well.

Also, Besser's rendition of Silent Night as Bjork from the 2012 Holiday Spectacular.
Â
YES! I forgot this was eligible. I still listen to that when I want a laugh. "FUCK YOUR SHEEP, SHUT THE FUCK UP!"

I feel like this is much better than my other submission. So painful.

EDIT: Tried to embed it so that it starts at 15 seconds, but didn't seem to work and it won't let me post two YouTube links, so here's a direct link so that it starts at 15 seconds.

EDIT 2: Well, shit. Tried to link so that it starts out at certain time, but it automatically embeds it. I tried...

One amazing thing about this movie they never got into is the fact that the trailer shows Eddie Murphy meeting Eddie Murphy, thereby giving away the plot twist.

God, this movie was awful.
Gotta show that Murphs-on-Murphs action.

"What is a Street. Fighter.?"
Ms. June Diane in Episode #60 of HDTGM. It's somewhere in the first half of the podcast. Sorry don't have a timestamp.
Â
I really enjoyed when Kristen Schaal was explaining how hard it was to get Howard the Duck's feathers to stand up straight in a scene in episode #65. I don't know the exact quote but she says something like "Just use some fishing line or something I mean give me a job George Lucas, god dammit!"
Â
When Andy Richter said "You shouldn't let that cat walk on your keyboard" when Scott played the "What Am I Thinking?" theme song in episode #92 with Wompler.

Scott needs to tell Wompler about this Gino > Wompler blasphemy. She's gonna go crazy on your asses.

Just wanted to say I really liked the episode. Margot and Lauren were both great!
