Bad performance art is the name of the game. A lot of the youtube comments are pretty good, surprisingly. I would have had such a hard time not laughing while this was being 'performed.' Ah well, this was made back in the 80s as far as I can tell. I can remember living in Asia around that time, it was amazing and hilarious to see so much North American "Intellectual Property" used blatantly, slyly and foolishly on so many advertisements and products. In Taiwan some of my favorites were "Falix The Cat" for Felix, and "Bateman" for Batman. It was very strange to see a 5 story building covered with paintings and even statues of "Bateman" all over the place. A few weeks before it had all been "Batman."

I looked around at several of their videos. All awful, but I think the reason they have such high view rates is that they're about babies. Babies are possibly second only to cats in popularity on the net. Porn leaves both far behind. Sorry, none of that is likely to make any of us feel better.
