Police Officer accidentally shoots himself on classroom visit. Attempts to turn it into a teaching moment.

Some of his characters from Prof. Blastoff are The Tits. Specifically Del Larue, Al Gayore and Donald Trump. His last appearance was 200 episodes ago! Needs to be brought back imho.

Just came here to say that I'm very thankful and excited for this episode, but whoever put that scary soda noise right at the beginning is horrible and probably shouldn't be allowed to be an engineer any more.
Â
It startled me and made me think there was someone in my house who wanted to hurt me and I couldn't relax until I reloaded the page and confirmed that the scary person was actually inside the episode. Now I'm too scared to listen.
Â
There was no soda noise... that can only mean... THERE WAS SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSE!!!!

I have to be honest, I didn't know what to make of the Spontaneanation logo at first, but after looking at it closely I have realised there are some very specific reasons it was designed the way it was.
Â
Let's check it out. Ordinary logo. Nothing to see here right?
Â
But, wait, let's take a closer look...
Â
And a little closer...
Â
Â
There! There seems to be some writing there! Let's try and get just a little closer.

Are the inhabitants of the topsy turvy dimension clowns?

I was right with that woman who screamed 'WHAT?' halfway through the episode as I also had no idea what Jason and Paul were talking about.
Â
Additionally no one mentioned John Malkovichs epic 'white stuff' insult which is just about the most absurd, random, insane and brutal put-down in cinema history.

As I was listening to this episode this morning, the woman sitting next to me on the bus was so excited when I finally pulled the cord for my stop. Apparently, I appeared to be an "insane-o"??? (For the record, it was when Jason called the landing on the Strip "Las Vegas's 9/11" and then said that New York New York got the worst of it, and I both cackled aloud and slapped my thigh approvingly that she realized she had chosen the wrong seat...)
Â
(Also, for those following along, I quit my job, and I found a new job where I hope to enjoy HDTGM whilst I enjoy my work! Hooray!)
Â
I've never understood why people think it's weird for people to laugh in public, like only an insane person would express joy amongst strangers. I get this all the time as I'm always listening to podcasts whenever I'm travelling anywhere.

Fair enough. I am not extremely familiar with American politics.

MATT. BESSER. You can't just leave us hanging on that Hilary Clinton story! The whole conversation initiated by the word "whitewater" setting you off, and need to know why!
Â
I think Besser was making fun of himself for going on a rant about Hillary Clinton with no provocation. The idea that the words white water would set him off when there is no connection was part of the joke. The sketch was meant to be about a guy who brings up politics in situations that have nothing to do with it and makes an ass out of himself.

Here's the latest episode of Speakeasy with guest Andy Daly, because more people need to watch this goddamned show!
Â
Â
Oh man, someone needs to give Andy Daly and PFT a sitcom together.
-
Seriously considering changing my forum name to Under-Garment Sprite, squier!
Â
(Just noticed that I also now apparently am an Advanced Member! And my parents thought I'd never amount to anything! Wahee! Wahey!)

PFT definitely gets MVP for this episode.

That Scavenger hunt scene did not go in the direction I was expecting, but was genius.

Top notch video suggestions lately guys.

Â
Musician here. It's actually pretty easy.
Â
Music is very similar to imrpov comedy, there are a lot of unspoken rules that non-musician listeners don't pick up on.

I was sad about Reggie leaving, but I'm actually excited by the change in the shows dynamic this should bring. We've had three seasons with Reggie and Scott, it's time to mix things up a bit and experiment with the shows formula.

EPISODE 29 - Kyle Dunnigan: Sunshine and Smiles from Rolling Hills with Del LaRue
in With Special Guest Lauren Lapkus

Huntsberger is a pretty good stand-up, but he's forced into the straight man role on Prof Blastoff, just because he hosts a podcast with two comics who have big personalities and like to create diversions.
