I can confirm that the original title was Vanilla Fog not Frog because of the Vanilla Fog they do it in. And I would argue that it is the better title of this movie. I even remember having copies of Entertainment Weekly with photos showing Sarah Michelle Gellar working on her upcoming movie Vanilla Fog.

The craziest thing about the movie to me was the Monkey coming out of the guy's spine. I know it was just a dream and was added for a jump scare in what really wasn't a very scary movie. It was just crazy and made no sense. Also I feel like if 6 monkeys were credited then people would be like "Oh shit there are crazy monkeys killing people out there, how many more are there?"
