EPISODE 3 - Neil Casey - Spotlight On: Mr. Jordache
Godofroads replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Womp It Up!
I'm sorry I forgot I even posted this/to check for a follow up! I don't remember much because I wasn't in his class that semester, but, if I remember correctly, as a kid was handing him a paper, he grabbed their arm and just bit them out of nowhere. As a "joke" maybe? I don't know he was a weirdo (obviously.) I wish I could even remember his name to google it. And sadly "North Penn High School teacher bites student" really isn't giving me any good results. -

Yes. Yes I did. He was fired after he bit a student. -
Episode 217 — Bradley Cooper's Under My bed

I love Amanda and Maria, I'm so sad that Ghost Ghirls isn't coming back, It was just the best. Also Val Kilmer was in an episode. -
He hasn't been on in a while but PFT is always great. My suggestion is to pick a random date or episode at some point in the past and then just work up from there. That is what I did and I enjoyed it that way. You pick up on the rhythms and injokes of the show and the charts they are talking about aren't super old (I then went back and got through the rest but using the above method.) CAVEAT there are a few stretches that are missing Kulap or Howard, while I still like all of those episodes I just thought I'd give fair warning if you want to save them for later. As soon as Howard said he was done checking out in his Walgreen's story I took off my glasses and put my head in my hands because I just knew something was coming. Oh man the best "I was there for a quite a bit"

He also made the same joke on Never Not Funny this week! Cause its a good joke! (and just a joke)

Episode 1520 - Adam Ferrara
Godofroads replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Never Not Funny: The Jimmy Pardo Podcast
I don't think that is what he is saying, I think he is saying "this is our tradition, don't judge us or be dicks about it if you don't do it with your family." I've seen PLENTY of people be very judgey or just straight up dicks about how great they are that they don't teach their kids about Santa. He is just mad at people being assholes because they think they are interesting, not all people who don't do Santa with their families. I'm rambling, my point is just don't be an asshole and Jimmy will like you!* T for Twister *Jimmy actually liking you may vary, you are a fan and as such there is a "wall." -

Episode 99 — A View To a Kill: LIVE
Godofroads replied to JulyDiaz's topic in How Did This Get Made?
Personally I'm of the Matt Gourley school where I like my Bond movies ridiculous or great. So I enjoy watching a View to a Kill, Diamonds are Forever, and Die Another Day. Of them I think Die Another Day is the worst because at least A View to a Kill and Diamonds are Forever have good songs/henchmen. Roger Moore was subjected to some terrible 70s and 80s Tuxedos. Everyone makes fun of what Lazenby has to wear in On Her Majesty's Secret Service, but I can't stop looking at Moore's Flairs. Every gun barrel sequence I just think "what awful pants..." -
Episode 99 — A View To a Kill: LIVE
Godofroads replied to JulyDiaz's topic in How Did This Get Made?
Having the theme worked into the score in bits happens in a lot of Bond movies. I think its Live and Let Die that has like a Jazz/Swing version of that theme in there a few times. And in one of them a janitor is even whistling the theme at some point. -
"Well...this one is set in Baltimore, because it happened in Baltimore."

Yeah use the link Greggy posted, that is the link I was going to post to see all the prices, I see what was happening to you on the main page though. Maybe I'm just used to navigating the site since I've been a Primo Member since Primo started. Or go to pardcast.com/blog and click on the Primo menu. and I went incognito to try that and it doesn't force you to create an account. -

Teachable Moments is a fantastic game. Love it! "Oh Sandy that is so funny." Oh man Bob's no face moving laughter is the best -
As someone who is into things that a lot of his family is not into I totally get where Howard is coming from with the frustration of people not getting when "something is cool." Toys are cool! FAMILY. This Spider-man Blanket is perfectly acceptable for an adult. YOU DON'T GET ME. "I bring in these bombass items and its just-and then you go why does this have to be hard?" Keep bringing stuff from Dragon Manor, I love these segments not only for the stuff but to see Kulap and Brett's reactions/Howard's reactions to their reactions.

Howard was on an episode of NNF, episode 1218 and its fantastic, one of my favorites. But a new appearance would be awesome One of Jimmy's favorite movies is Jaws so he might not have put up too much of fight if it came down to Breaking Away vs Jaws. I apparently know way too much about Jimmy Pardo.

"So Before someone watches this soothing video they have to watch a Nestle ad or something?" YES AND ITS AWFUL. Not that I'm into ASMR, those people are we-ird. Am I right guys? Yep not me, buncha weirdos.

Yeah people being a dick to Stard is certainly uncalled for, its a minor thing. Like I said I'm bummed but no one should be so upset as to be actively mean, ESPECIALLY to the illustrious Stard, whose fault this is not. EDIT (also I hope my original post did not come across as angry, I was attempting to as politely as possible express my opinion. I overthink things)

Spoilers are always going to be a touchy subject. I tend to be pretty ambivalent to them especially after a while...but when its a thriller or mystery movie, giving away the twist or the whodoneit, is something I believe should be avoided. As someone who was going to see the movie with their wife when she had free time outside of grad school I'm really bummed that it was spoiled.

I think this phrase is hysterical but I'm also afraid of use in public. The other day I got out of my car and walked into a store and in my pocket I somehow hit play on Who Charted right as the clip of "BITCH YOU GUESSED IT" Played. So that wasn't at all awkward.

Stard On Michael Keaton: "He was in Beetlejuice by the way." Beautiful. Hank was great what a fun episode.

Howard's Beetlejuice Figures on Ebay. Any takers? (Also I loved Kulap's Midwest mom accent so all you naysayers are crazy)
