Imagine the plot of Taken --- but make the movie slower, the actors sound sleepy, and Jason Patric instead of Liam Neeson ... you get the idea. A very laughable action movie that I'm only suggesting because it's currently on Netflix so you don't have to pay to watch it. It is oddly amusing to see how hard Bruce Willis can not care when taking on a leading role. Shoot-em-up scenes so predictable it's like watching a guy in a video game just waltz in, take a few guys down, then continue on his stroll. The best acting performance here comes via 50 Cent. Not to disrespect him and his abilities, but he shouldn't be the best here. It's a shame he only gets 2-3 minutes in the movie.

The Cold Light Of Day (2012) Bruce Willis, Henry Cavill, and Sigourney Weaver lend their talents to an action movie with incomprehensibly bad dialogue, daft direction, and a paper thin plot. This movie is remarkably bad. It's basically the same premise of Westworld, but fails on every level because absolutely no effort was made to make it a real movie. Definitely not worth doing an episode or or even watching for free on Netflix, but I still wanted to bitch about it on here. Terrible. Just stop it after the escape scene 20 minutes in.

I searched the forums high and low and did not see this movie recommended in any title anywhere. I consider this a major oversight. People have mentioned it an awful lot in other contexts. Therefore, it's not merely a bad movie, but a landmark bad movie. Bruce Willis is a talking baby. Anyone younger than thirty will hard a hard time remembering that there was a time that Bruce WIllis as a talking baby was enough to be one of the highest grossing movies of the year, but there you have it.
