I think using this word as an adjective is both racist and stupid. Andrew is correct once again, in this country it has become synonymous with Black people. Just like the term "urban".

Oh it's definitely racist. It's just that it has always been racist, so there's no room for trying to wiggle out of it. It's racist, it's always been racist, stop using that word. Easy!
