The supporters of Clean Water Portland celebrated after defeating the proposal to add fluoride to Portland's drinking water Tuesday night. Healthy Kids, Healthy Portland -- the pro-fluoride campaign -- lost the battle, but celebrated a new coalition at the Curious Comedy Theater.
