Afghanistan is very large (about the size of Texas) and it's very ethnically diverse. There are parts of the country where it's common for people to have green eyes, and even blonde hair and blue eyes. So I feel like it was kinda racist of the caller to assume that green eyes are so unusual among Afghans.
