As someone with an ethnic name I'll add a few things:

 

1. I don't care if someone mispronounces it as long as it's close enough.

2. If I say it's close enough, don't insist that it's not.

3. Don't apologize unless I missed my flight or something because I didn't understand you were saying my name.

 

Out of those, I'd say the second one is by far the most annoying one. You're holding up the line trying to get my name right lets just move on.
