Episode 118 - How Can Deliberate Practice Help Adults Learn New Skills?

Recommended Posts

Adults have a much more difficult time mastering new skills, from foreign languages to perfecting a golf swing, than adolescents. Listen on to hear the pillars of deliberate practice built up one by one.
