In Epidode 088: On Your Commentary's Secret Service, you bring up the subject of Branch Water.

Branch Water (or just Branch) specifically referes to the water that was used to make the alcohol... so if you order a specific Scotch whisky "with Branch" you are asking for that specific whisky mixed with water from the same source that was used to make it.
