Writer of "Cellular" has passed away...

Larry Cohen, the guy who wrote Cellular (and Phone Booth) and Directed such classics as The Stuff has died at 77.

I guess someone else will have to step up and write whatever would have been the next iteration of communication-device-based thriller film.  Perhaps Paul, June, and Jason???

My guess would be VR chat...
