Feeling Minnesota (1996)

Starting with the bonkers opening scenes and set-up followed by all the WTF plot twists, this movie is a prime candidate for the HDTGM treatment.  On top of incomprehensible plot, Dan Aykroyd turns in a performance that is comparable to his performance in "Nothing but Trouble".  He is just the start of the list of big name actors who starred in this clunker of a movie.
