  1. Much like the the NCAA tournament is full of elite teams, Improv4humans is full of elite performers. I am going to run a March Madness-style tournament of I4H performers (recognizing of course that each person is a great talent, no matter the results). Performers will be seeded based on number of I4H appearances. Ties in the seeding will be broken by random assignment. ALL performers will get a shot. Not counting Matty B, there are 209 performers that have been on I4H, and I have found a site that will make a bracket with that many participants. Most posts and the voting will take place on Twitter, as I do not want to inundate all the other boards with my updates. If you are interested in taking part in the voting follow me, or check in with me every so often, on Twitter @DadHasADD. Keep being Hu-man!

    Cool World (1992)

Advocating for this one again. I will not give up. Cartoon-human Bone Zone. This film had a Hollywood sign promo.
  3. I can't believe this one hasn't been posted yet. Christian Slater ... Patrick Dempsey ... Richard Grieco ... Costas Mandylor(?). Also features F. Murray Abraham, Anthony Quinn, Lara Flynn Boyle, and Chris Penn. 6% on Rotten Tomatoes & the consensus described it as having "numbing violence." Sounds fun!

Episode 164 - The Wraith: LIVE!

Also, the guy who played Oggie is Griffin O'Neal, son of Ryan O'Neal and Joanna Moore and brother of Tatum O'Neal.

Episode 164 - The Wraith: LIVE!

A 2010 interview with the director pretty much confirms the plot of the film laid out in the Amazon review that Paul read in the episode. Also, in the interview, the director mentions that an accident during filming killed a crew member, left another a paraplegic, and badly injured a few others. After the accident, they had to rush production to finish the film. Johnny Depp was indeed in Sherilyn Fenn's hotel room throughout most of the filming. The director didn't even know he was there. The original script had a whole subplot for the Randy Quaid character, with him enlisting the "psychic connections of a prairie witch" to help solve the Wraith's crimes. The whole article's a pretty interesting read: http://www.dreadcent...lks-the-wraith/
  6. THEORY: Ron Mills went to Celeste's home planet and took it over, changing his name to Tod Spengo. He left in search on another world to take over, and happened upon the planet that he would conquer and rename Spengo. HE set out to destroy Earth, but upon seeing Teri Garr, was reminded of what started his journey into outerspace, a beautiful women, and kidnapped Teri Garr. What I'm saying is ... Is another Jon Lovitz movie "Mom and Dad Save the World" a sequel to this one?!?
  7. OMISSION: There was a key part of the L.A. Times article that you left out: When he was a child, Jerico Stone had a young, black friend in Brooklyn who also suffered suffered from child abuse. Jerico, who also was beaten, bonded with this friend over their shared abuse, and the two created superhero alteregos for themselves called the Black Jacks, in order to cope with their abuse. One day, Jerico's friend showed up beaten up by his father and said, I can't stop it because my father is an alien. Jerico never saw the boy again. THAT is why Jerico was so struck by the boy in L.A. years later--who looked like his friend, also showed up beaten up, and said the same line as his childhood friend--and followed him to the abandoned car. It is also why is was so astounding that the alien called Jerico "Black Jack" since that is what he and his childhood friend had called each other. Here is the link to the original article. That part about his time in Brooklyn starts about 10 paragraphs down. http://articles.lati...close-encounter Thank you for the great episode and for including this interesting twist at the end.

    Episode 150 - Grease 2

A great episode. Anna may have just been tired, as I believe they recorded an episode of her podcast before this one. Just one omission: No Christopher McDonald movie should be discussed with out at least a mention of him. He played Goose McKenzie, one of the T-birds in this one. He went only to play memorable villains in such films as Happy Gilmore, Fatal Instinct, Dutch, and Dirty Work. Again great episode, guys.

    Episode 144.5 - Minisode 144.5

Oh man, when I saw "vampires" in the episode description, I was hoping they were going do "John Carpenter's Vampires," but this "Vampire Academy" seems to be equally a mess, so it should be just as fun. "Via con dios, slayer."
  11. I think you hear me knockin', and I think I'm comin' in, and I've got a whole armload of Denis Leary DVD's I'd like you to watch with me.

    Episode 144 - Stealth

Okay. Then if 1981's the missing year: How about they do Caveman, starring Ringo Starr. I hear that one's a mess!

    Episode 144 - Stealth

CORRECTION: After your call for suggestions for a 1985 movie to do, I started to look for some good ones, but as I looked at Wikipedia, realized you'd already done a 1985 movie: Gymkata in ep. 70, a live episode with Michael Showalter. Was it a different year that you guys haven't covered, or does this mean that you guys have knocked out more than a 1/4 of the 20th century?
