EPISODE 92 — Fans, Our Close Fans

A plain cheese pizza eaten in Hawaii...still a Hawaiian Pizza? (this is from my book of 'Za Koans)

Which ones Calvin and which ones Hobbes?

Just read a few strips and have concluded it's impossible to tell which is which. Could be part of the philosophical angle, as the name "Hobbes" itself is taken from popular children's tale "The Hobbit" where one Bilbo Baggins is fond of riddles. I suspect ol' Billy Dubbs is having a bit of fun with us, probably laughing at these posts right now

EPISODE 92 — Fans, Our Close Fans

I know that I give off raw animal magnetism on the forums, but there is a darkness for which I am compensating. To those who know me, it's clear I'm talking about the fact that when the lights go out and it's nakie nakie time with a special lady, I have never once had discernible genitalia and most closely resemble the brown Imps from popular 90's shooter "Doom". For those who don't know me, I have no dark secrets and saddest family memory I can think of is any day when my Dad doesn't wake me up with news that my "bank account just doubled over much like the haters when they get wind of this"
  6. The friends, they come and go. But the jokes, they are forever Who can forget when the pony tail guy said the words you shouldnt say or when the guy dressed as Michael Jackson was so raw
  7. The intransigent dude in Tienanmen square but all the heavy artillery replaced by aggressive looking internet commenters, tanks but no tanks
  8. Thought about prank calling Memories Pizza in Indiana and ordering a bunch of pizzas for my big fat gay wedding
  9. Anyone see the guy from Gilmore Guys doing remixes of "Take Me to Church" while staring emotionless at the camera on Twitter? It's good
  10. One cool thing is to like the posts you see and like and post whenever you feel like it
  11. This is exactly it. I tried to talk to Kendrick about it because he is a national treasure, and he got upset and also thought I was having a stroke because I winked every time I said "the constitution of the united states". Just because you're "eating dinner right now" with "friends and family" doesn't mean you can't take a couple seconds to appreciate a stranger telling you about national treasure and also revealing what the treasure is and where to find it...anyway I give the album 5 stars
  12. I think you're thinking of Nicholas Cage. It's not a book either, it's the Constitution of the United States

EPISODE 598 - Success of Run the Jewels

There are all kinds of people who like Killer Mike pre and post Run the Jewels, so I'm not sure what they are trying to get at there. Also, the argument clearly falls apart when they start talking about people listening to backpack rap being problematic because it's outside of gangsta rap, then criticizing listeners of gangsta rap as appropriators. It's 2015 and I feel like these takes are from 2005

EPISODE 598 - Success of Run the Jewels

neither of these people should be talking about rap at all or how to feel about it
  15. Guessing that was just a weirdly wiki-worded way to say, "danngg, dude dribbles just like a morphine-user dribbles [saliva]"
  16. Most people called me "Papa Squat" cuz of my chill-ass postgame pep talks that I conducted in a position that I was later told appeared very taxing on the thighs/buttocks
  17. This has me a hot under the collar like a dog with a skin condition...it's punk rock like the "I went to art school" but "I'm poor now" but still get "free french poetry books from the library" and "don't return them" and "listen to the band Television"
  18. I was thinking that! Good to see a poster of hardy constitution. A lot of you pencil-necked geeks who hide in the cocoon of Sean & Hayes's nerd safe-zone could probably learn from this
  19. To commemorate this episode I made an "Eh, wrong" sandwich consisting of premium grade roast beef tucked between thick layers of cow dung

Episode 69 — Betsy Sodaro, Our Close Friend

Right, I read those passages and it's like, hellooo, Creative Writing 101 much? "It was a cold day in April, and the clocks were striking 13" Umm, last time I checked Evil George Orwell, clocks only went up to 12
