at 10 minutes in I had to wonder how MC ever worked again. all the "robots" seem to be modified (barely) Tonka trucks, overhead projectors, and 1st gen Xerox's. seriously how is Gene Simmons the best part of this movie? here's what happening; daddy is never here when you need him even though he says we're all precious to him and he doesn't know what he'd do without us. also i was a well read and cultured person with an impressive vocabulary and impulse control before i listened to every episode and read the entire fucking forum. on the one hand Chang's son (Kip) is a real and sensitive person who feels thing (i guess) his brother is a poet, lover, and i assume a karate master and their dad is being boat. but then on the other hand he is a bot created by Wolfcool Industries to monitor and punish us for impure posts. other than that i don't know what the hell is happening.

i've listened to this several times now, maybe 6. i listen to the intro and bawl every time. i have dealt with a sort of insane amount of death and loss in my life and this really is a shot in the arm. i don't know exactly why. maybe this is just a very good example of a healthy pro-active way to confront death. whatever it is, i find this to be cathartic and also, of course, fucking hilarious.
