    Episode 466 - Gossip Guy

I got a huge kick out of Rene Faberge, hope he comes back... maybe with Victor & Tiny & Willie! haha
  2. The chemistry of Wild Horses is the best. (And the absurdity and hilariousness too.) It feels out of control but isn't, because everyone is so so good. Congrats on 100! Can't wait for 1000
  3. OMG i'm catching up on a few eps and this is so crazy and hilarious, such great giddy chemistry
  4. First off, Sully's 'novel' was the funniest damned thing ever. Also, Lord Denithor killed me and I loved getting to hear Gabrus do a different character (I know I'm the minority, but I don't really get Gino tbh.) Last, I forgot how crazy the candy guy was hahaha. TLDR: this ep rocked

Episode 258 - Gallant and Gallant

Ah man I get that IRS scam all the time. Don't think with that particular voice guy though. Also a stupid one that says they're calling from Microsoft and that my computer is infected with a virus and if I follow their instructions, they'll clean it (when actually it's a scam and they're trying to take over my computer by me going to a website address). I like getting that call, if I have time, I string them along for a while, mindlessly telling them weird things (like my computer screen is turning orange, please hold on) until eventually asking why they like to scam people and if they sleep well at night. They get upset and defensive and I tell them they're obviously lying, because I have a Mac and don't even use Microsoft. Then they get mad at me and usually swear at me, and I laugh for having successfully kept them away from scamming other people. Anyway I too wish I could hear Matt handle these idiots!

    Episode 2 - Mary's Not From Holland

My favorite part of these, and it may also extend to Mike's other characters and not just Lennon, is when his co-improvisers are somewhat dumbstruck by his crazy Lennon-y logic. I've noticed it with Aukerman and Lauren on the live shows and Mary here definitely had a few moments of 'wtf'. They all roll with it because they're awesome, but you can tell he confounds them for a brief moment. Great show, thanks Howl for getting it going!

Episode 255 - Plerk of Plersonality

OK with the weird filter alternate-dimension voices on I4H here, and Andy Daly's goofy underwater voice filter on CBB also last week, what exactly are the Earwolf engineers smoking over there? (jk thanks for kicking some characters/scenes up a notch)
  8. I couldn't decide if this Aquarium scene was good improv or bad improv, but it was hilarious so whatever.

    Episode 247 - Marilyn Monroebot

Wanted to echo the others, Nicole was terrific and I hope to hear her improvise more often on I4H (and maybe other Earwolf shows). Nice to hear Paul again, feel like it had been a long time since he was on. (Don't know if actually true.) He always twists scenes in such funny ways!

    Thanks for the tour

This month was really fun, having CBB eps to grab every afternoon. Howl.fm more than paid for itself before this, but now I'm especially glad to be a member. Scott, Lauren, Paul, Neil and Mike -- thanks for all the entertainment! It was fun to follow along with you every day (here and on Snapchat haha). And to whoever were the engineers and behind-the-scenes types that helped get the shows done and up for us, thanks too!
  11. I have a lot of thoughts, but don't feel like getting in a back-and-forth with someone defending all child abuse as fatherly hugs or a teaching lesson (what is this, the #notallabusers argument? GTFO). But quickly, I do agree with Becky above that the world isn't "full of black and white absolutes" and ironically, I think that was the very point I gleaned from this caller (and Chris too). Sometimes someone you trust and love can do something horrible and it's difficult to come to terms with. That's the opposite of black and white to me. Terrific episode and listen, Chris. Thanks, anonymous beautiful caller. (PS. as a lawyer, I'll add that yea, a 25-year sentence definitely does imply something particularly awful.)

May 25 - Seattle, WA, Moore Theatre

This ep was maybe my fave, even though I'm not quite sure I fully got what Mike was doing. He seemed to be slaying PFT and LL though so I'm sure I maybe missed something. Tom Boreman was so funny haha.

May 23 - Oakland, CA, The Fox Theatre

Holy crap Skipp Dribbles is killing me this morning
  14. Yea I also was a little confused by Audience Stoolman, but figured I maybe missed something? I kind of enjoyed the character though haha I've always liked Mike but his hay salesman the other day made him one of my favorites for sure. Looking forward to hearing more of his non-Lennon characters on the regular eps.
  15. Pamela haha It's funny listening to all these every single day... like every few episodes I start to get a little bored, like I should probably slow down and enjoy them and not binge these so much. But then I get to an episode like this that just kills me and I'm ready for more...

May 7 - Boston, MA, Wilbur Theatre 10pm

We're going to get an Adult Swim show all about the romance between Werner and Sue, aren't we? PLEASE
  17. I have a lot of thoughts about this, as a fan of outsider music (and insider music too). (I LOVE Jandek.) But the fact is, you can't compare outsider to insider and that's where his logic falls apart. It's entirely different ballgames. Want to be Tom Petty? You don't write 70 albums about poop. But if you do write 70 albums about poop, there is a game for you -- and he proves it. He shouldn't be unhappy about that. Know your lane.
  18. Wow, what a great lineup! Katie is a personal favorite, Tim's always so unique and I was just noticing a few weeks ago that I hadn't heard Eugene in awhile. And Jenny Owen Youngs is a great songwriter, been a fan for a few years. Very excited to hear this one
  19. Even when I don't relate specifically (tho often I do), the conversations get me thinking about my own life, which is what the best pieces of art do. Impressive stuff. Thanks Chris!
  20. Dream combo! Love the premise also. I guess I should listen soon haha
  21. Katie is one of my faves from I4H, and loved hearing her interviewed. Also very glad she participated in the improv, unlike ol' Matty B
  22. I just noticed that Howl shows had a forum if you scroll down! Excited to hear this too, finally! Seems fascinating and bizarre
  23. Yea this is def one of my top-3 Special Guests... such a "pizza emoji" "pizza emoji" "pizza emoji" "100!" ep. (I'm not on my phone.)
