    Road House Remake!?

Yeesh. I haven't seen the douchebag ridden Entourage movie yet but if her acting in Furious 7 is anything to go by I sure hope she is getting lessons right now. Even though it was only a couple of lines she...was...awful.

    EPISODE 118 - Furious 7: LIVE

I watched it the other night for the first time in about 7yrs, it holds up really well. Make sure you watch the second one ASAP, it almost makes Crank seem like it took itself too seriously.

    EPISODE 373 — Vocal Fry

I felt like a real idiot during this episode considering where I'm from but it was a long day and drive home. But I found myself trying to do the Australian voices along with them, after a solid 5mins I said "what in the hell am I doing right now?"

    EPISODE 118 - Furious 7: LIVE

Ummm the Furious crew have obviously been saving him for when the series is ready to make it's nautical debut...

    EPISODE 118 - Furious 7: LIVE

I love the standalone episodes and this would be amazing. The silver lining is that in plugs Paul said all 3 of them are in the final season which surely has to mean we're getting another episode of Nurse Ratched June. Glorious.

    EPISODE 118 - Furious 7: LIVE

Just a note from the questions from the audience section of the show; They were discussing Shaw Family antagonists at one point and who could play someone from this British family in Fast 8 when the Australian lady from the audience asked her question Paul was VERY quick to vilify her as a potential Shaw. Do we all sound the same to you Paul?! Racist!

    EPISODE 118 - Furious 7: LIVE

Vin Diesel didn't get screwed. He was just prepared in case he got into a spontaneous game of car chicken while in Abu Dhabi since most of the super/hypercars they'd come across don't have their engines in the front.

Ugh totally agree, he really dialed it up to 11 in this one.

    EPISODE 118 - Furious 7: LIVE

The Hypersport weighs around 1,400kg (3000lb). Lets not try to bother explaining how it might be remotely possible. I just love that it is done so nonchalantly that we the audience should be totally buying into it no questions asked.

    EPISODE 118 - Furious 7: LIVE

I feel that with the gif rebuttals you've been sitting ever so patiently with these messages saved to drafts for the episode since the movie was released in April. ...And I 100% approve

    EPISODE 118 - Furious 7: LIVE

If you listen to 'The Canon' on Wolfpop (which I highly recommend for any fan of film) Devin Faraci has a solid mini-rant about Diesel on this very subject. I believe it is the Mad Max one.

Just started listening, 9mins in and we already have classic June! Glad to have non-bootleg editions again.

    EPISODE 117.5 - Minisode 117.5

I didn't mean they were thematically linked just that they were the three BIG action movies in terms of stunts etc. These just felt like movies from directors who aren't phoning it in and care about what they do no matter how ridiculous the premise is (Fury Road isn't a silly premise just a crazy world - and legit one of the best action movies I've ever seen). I shouldn't have been so harsh because I didn't feel like my 2hrs were wasted, Wan is a better filmmaker than Justin Lin but I still feel like this was dialled to 11 and not quite hitting the highs of this profoundly silly and entertaining trilogy. Yes, Fast Five is when the franchise actually became good. Also for comedic relief, Tyrese is no Simon Pegg. Dear God the former was obnoxious in this one. Look, I'm so picky that despite all the crazy crap that happens in the movie what really got to me was Kurt Russell describing what the 'God's Eye' does he says it can "hack ATM Machines". Really Mr. Screenwriter? Perhaps you could care less as well?!

    EPISODE 117.5 - Minisode 117.5

I'd seen it was received well on RT but hadn't read any reviews and loved it. I thought it probably bit off more than it could chew but in the end was easily one of the best horror movies I've seen quite some time.

    EPISODE 117.5 - Minisode 117.5

I actually watched this a few hours ago after skipping in the theatre. Good timing! With arguably the 3 biggest straight up action movies of the summer being Furious 7, Fury Road, and Rogue Nation. This was first out of the gate and maybe it's because I saw the other two first but this was terrible (but great for the podcast). I was so on board after that opening, June must have had a literal fit after that. It's just too dumb to get completely on board. I'm forever ruined after the last Furious HDTGM when they mentioned these guys are street racers solving extreme national security issues, it's even more heightened in this one! Q: Does this movie hold the film record for using the word 'family'? Lastly, kudos to James Wan for making Kurt Russell an action bad-ass in a blockbuster again.

    QUESTIONS FOR SCOTT RE: HOWL

I'm happy to pay the subscription even though I find the Howl App a little clunky right now compared to what I'm used to. I've honestly thought how so much content can remain free even with ads, and not just within the Earwolf family. I'm a little ashamed to admit I only discovered HDTGM and a couple of months later CBB at the start of this year despite being a big fan of many of the comedians and their TV/Film work. I commute about 2.5hrs each day so I've pretty much, and I hate to use this term 'binge listen' to hours upon hours this year and I still have so much content to go. While I'm not a brand new listener now when I got into CBB it was through quite a few of the more recent episodes at the time, and would likely have subscribed then to hear the years and years of back-log of content based on what I'd heard. I guess my question is, could potential deals be struck in the future with companies like IFC to perhaps bring the CBB TV Show to this new premium service even on a limited-time run? Living in Australia it is practically impossible to watch the show legally.

    EPISODE 115.5 — Minisode 115.5

I'm not watching anymore Sharknado's, intentionally bad movies suck all the fun out of what makes something so bad it's good. I heard the latest one had an obscene amount of product placement as well...gross. Having said that I still enjoyed listening to the episode very much, Hot Saucerman is such a good guest and conversationalist he shouldn't be relegated to someone has to sit through this every year.

WISHES FOR JASON MANTZOUKAS AND SCOTT AUKERMAN

    Don't forget the Chardonnay.

    Sharknado 3

I find the Sharknado movies a bit of a waste for the show. Sure they provide a good time from the gang, but the movies have always been too self aware to even be remotely fun. The novelty didn't even work the first time, or maybe I'm just a person who'd rather watch a terrible movie that was made with a type of earnestness that results in fun. The third one looks be be even more annoying with all the cameo's of celebrities who still think it's funny to show up in the novelty of it all.

    Kung Fury

If you enjoyed this try out the series 'Danger 5'. it is incredibly similar in its second series and perhaps the fact I saw it first took away a lot of my enjoyment from Kung Fury. Danger 5 captures the feel of the 80's and the things they're sending up but Kung Fury feels more like a straight up parody. Probably a lot of coincidence since they use 80's tropes but Danger 5 had already done the shoot through the phone gag which I don't think I've seen before.

    The House of The Dead

It's a truly terrible movie, I actually forgot Clint Howard was in this! I saw it when it first came out so I didn't really have an idea of what to expect. I got mad with how bad it was, not even fun bad. All I remember of it was that you could see the automated launch pads used to flip stunt people clearly in one of the scenes. Didn't watch another Uwe Boll movie again and remained baffled everytime a studio gave him money. Listening to the 'In the Name of the King' episode the other day Paul says something along the line of them getting a sense of what Uwe Boll is about and doesn't feel the need to do one again.

    EPISODE 110.5 — Minisode 110.5

I really hope they all watched the Arhnold dub, it makes a huge difference. This movie was always on my watch list growing up with Arnold but I had never got around to it. So glad I finally got to it at age 33, Amazing! The dubbed version makes it a whole lot less fun since the world knows Arnold's voice so well.

    Mad Max: Fury Road

This. It might not be suited for the show but I'd love to hear their thoughts on the movie. It is a tremendous achievement, movies are hard enough to keep relentlessness up for 90mins let alone 2hrs. Fury Road succeeds at this and then some. When I left the theatre on opening day all I wanted to do is tell my friends about it and go see it again.

    HDTGM All-Stars

I noticed Jesse "The Body" Ventura is only listed for 2 appearances, he was in No Holds Barred which takes him up to a prestigious 3 appearances.
