In the early part of the episode, I'd started to think this was like a SuperEgo Forgotten Classics sort of thing where they know character concepts but never watched an episode. But then by about fifteen minutes in, that was clearly not the case. Amazing episode. Erin killed it as Samantha, but the best part was the almost anguished claim of "It's relentless" from Stephanie on it.

Something about that just reminded me of the ep a couple years back with Paul Brittain and Jimmy Pardo that had a similar issue.

There was a point before the first break where I started to think it was a bit, but the further things went along, it became clearer he had no idea what was going on. It's so weird. There's got to be a story behind this. I think the saving grace was having the others around. Best part was when Paul tried throwing Fran off her game.

Finally! I don't actually care about the movie, but I'm a fan of the guest they had for the episode. As this ep was recorded back in March, is this the record for longest time between recording an episode and airing it?

I caught myself yelling at the podcast that Flula remembered the USA Cartoon Express and not Scott or Ming.

With Scott being such a comic nerd, I was expecting way more Sandman stuff with Morpheus of the Dreaming being there and all.

I got the impression that no one on the ep has ever watched Supergirl.

To my knowledge, the Austin show has nothing on Chopping Mall, which has been waiting longer. But I think Paul & co. would tell us if a show was scrapped because of audio problems, so it's just likely the "stocking up on episodes" theorem is more valid.

After Gerry Duggan's appearance recently, I'd love Chip Zdarsky to get to guest. And on a further comic fanboy note, I'd love anyone from the varying Marvel or DC TV shows to guest.

If there was a top ten list for best episodes of this show, this ep would be on that list. Not a list for "best of the year", I'm talking best episodes ever. So good.

I said this to the gang on Twitter, but I shall repeat it here; The Unwed Mother and Flower need to be on the same episode.

I feel like Pants and MC should team up with Cal Solomon.

Weird thing about that Punisher flick is that with minor things in the movie here and there, it's far closer to the comics at that time than the other two movies. It's surprisingly watchable.

The Wraith? Cool. Though poor Chopping Mall still awaits its turn. Was anyone at that live show? Anything happen that could explain the delay?

When Trey started going all in on Batman references, I think that was my favorite part. One thing I couldn't place was who was Gishel and who was Mackenzie? Which was Mandel and which was Kulap?

I liked the episode (though I've no idea who played which kid), but when one of them started getting into the current season of Silicon Valley, I laughed really loud.

I feel somehow that this must have been a prequel to Chucky's appearance on the 8th anniversary and we've got another chapter to hear somewhere down the road.

I hope for next week's episode they retitle the show "Thank God This Got Made".
