I didn't notice the year in the title, so I clicked on this expecting the Denzel Washington movie about angels possessing people. This sounds significantly worse.

Okay, I have yet to listen to today's episode, but after SuperEgo, Bajillion Dollar Properties and CBB, I'm hoping next week's crossover is a Thrilling Adventure Hour reunion.

I don't know if my file was messed up, but a couple of minutes in, the theme starts playing over the talking. Happens near the end during Gethard's promo too. Amazing episode though. The moment JRB starts talking about losing several wives at the Gathering of the Juggalos was when I couldn't stop laughing. -
One particular heckling moment comes to mind. It was a midnight premiere of Spider-Man 3, the scene where Peter is at the night club and knocks MJ down. An audience member yelled out, "Hit her again!" Entire theater lost it.

Wow. They did not hesitate to get on top of covering the latest Furious movie. I mean, I love it since these have been some of the best episodes ever, but man they are just stockpiling the live shows! They've got what, three waiting with two more coming up in Austin and Clusterfest?

I was just thinking of this movie and wondering why it hasn't been covered by HDTGM yet. I had seen it when it came out on VHS, and was trying to recollect what exactly it was about. But rather than watch the movie, I did something far worse: I read the Wikipedia summary of the plot. It somehow makes even less sense when seeing someone try and lay it all out in eight lengthy paragraphs.

First off, the new opening and second opinions themes? Terrific! Second, I am super-pleased that Lauren finally is on this show. I'd love to know why it took this long! And this is totally this year's Monkey Shines for June.

Sounds like it. True confessions: I often confused Sleepwalkers with Tommyknockers. Additionally, Sleepwalkers was also that time when Hollywood was trying to make Madchen Amick a thing, and I'd often get her confused with Sherilyn Fenn.

As it pertains to the episode, Jason didn't seem quite as able to paint the guests into a corner the way he's done with others in other episodes. And I think part of that is because John Early is so quick it'd be nearly impossible to do. -
I just saw this movie today, the RiffTrax version on Amazon Prime, and I am in no way surprised that this movie has three pages devoted to it here. It is insane. "Hey Preacher, while we're waiting, let's fuck!" "Shut up!" This is actual dialogue from the movie. And it becomes alarming to me that I've now seen three movies with Melissa Moore in them in my life. I may have to rethink some decisions I've made in my life.

I think this is the most all-star of all-star episodes. Amazing! Just a shame it had to be for this awful movie. "Airborne" was one of those movies that would always somehow be on HBO in the middle of the afternoon when I was in high school. That and "Big Girls Don't Cry... They Get Even". Couldn't watch 'em then, can't watch 'em now.

Much like the Fast & The Furious movies, they could do an entire run of episodes on the Highlander franchise. The Quickening is just the tip of the iceberg. Between The Final Dimension, Endgame and The Source, everyone on this show would lose their goddamned minds. -
