When bryan connected pacific rim to chappie was pretty suspicious to me, because in my real life I've been working on a reworked chappie series. The first one is chappie doing real steel, that fighting robot movie, and then him and Hugh Jackman become rivals, and then in the sequel they have to do pacific rim together. I haven't figured out the third one yet, any of you chuckle heads got an idea?

Does anyone else listen to this show the moment it comes out, then when it's over immediately forget everything that happened in the show so you have to listen a second time to make a relatable bit for the forum? Cause that happens to me every week. I knew it was a corker, and I loved how strong it started, but everything else is just comedy gossamer, like trying to grab water or something

I guess here might as well be where I announce this. I'm suing the boys. We had a very long conversation last weekend about my upcoming SNL audition, and they stole all of my characters! I had Luciano the Italian American Sushi Chef, Brayden the Fidget Spinner Sushi Chef, and my favorite, Caleb the Millenial Sushi Chef. They gave me some notes, told me about the #handroll which was a blessing, and told me my line about "I spent 3 years just washing rice" would knock it out of the park! Ooh boy I am fired up right now. You've got three more chances the boys, and then I'm gonna start to think about getting mad!

LTL, more like LOL cause your assertion is downright hilarious! But on a real note, it's satire. It's making fun of other Podcasters, podcasts, talk shows, hollywood, hollywood-insider types, movie production, TV production, pop culture, themselves, their advertisers, and their audience. For a long time they stuck to a format, doing segments like Gmail Roulette or Teaser Freezer. Nowadays, each episode will sort of take on its own story, following a loose but distinct narrative that is continuing but in a somewhat non-committal way to ease new listeners into the groove. Sometimes they use their situation to their advantage i.e. when Hayes is out of town he'll call in and they'll make it part of the story. This one in particular they improvised a ~hour long scene located onset, and had their guest play along as if she had been cast in Lady Grandpa, a spinoff of a bit from an earlier episode. But I reiterate, it's satire. It's sometimes biting, sometimes too real, sometimes dumb, but mostly it's nice, cool, funny and smart. If it ain't for you, it ain't for you.

Hollywood Handbook, Doughboys, Comedy Bang Bang, High and Mighty. Long ago these podcasts lived in harmony. Then everything changed when CBB didn't invite Hayes and Sean to be on the big 500. Only Jeffrey parties, listener of all 4 podcasts, could stop them, but when the world needed him most? He vanished. Depending on your timetable 50 or so episodes passed, and me and CMB found the new listener, a Jon Gabrus pretender named Chris Weiser. And although his posting skills are great, he has a lot to learn before Hayes and Sean get back on CBB. But I believe Chris can save the world.
