The Spider-Gentleman

I live in Scotland and am debating going to one of the England CBB shows, but can't decide. The problem is that the nearest one by distance is like a 6 hour drive and for someone with no car that can become pretty expensive. Is anybody else from Scotland going to one of the shows? I know this is a pretty niche request but if anybody else from Scotland is going to a show what are your travel plans?! On the one hand i really want to see Scott and PFT but it's a long way to go on a Sunday night when i should be at work on Monday.

WELCOME TO BATHROOM CHURCH!! During the Columbo segement of the podcast, Eban playing "This Old Man" made me smile ear to ear. The chat when Paul was introducing all of the improvisors went on for so long today that it was genuinely jarring when normal format was resumed. All of Paul's guests are always so likeable i could listen to them chat endlessly.

I get a weird nervous feeling whenever Scott mentions the England tour. It's like when someone comes to visit your house for a few days and you really really want them to have a good time. Also i'm glad Tig slipped in a mention of her a little suitcase at the end and John Lennon is always a treat. Six tents none the richer sounds like an interesting show.

I could have listened to Nicole Parker and PFT chatting for hours and hours. Everything about Nicole's school was wonderful and so funny.

This is a dream line-up. I feel like i'm living a dream. Like this is all just a dream.

This was such a good ep, love it.

I loved how the Mac Weldon ad at the very beginning very nearly turned into the opening monologue. Also, Gary Anthony Williams is so quick and so funny.

I love this post and i love that you went by yourself, gives me hope for attending a future show! This was such a fun ep. It felt very different i thought. Maybe that's because it was an existing improv group or maybe it was the larger number of people on stage than Paul normally has, but it really worked and this was one that i'll have to listen again since i don't think i got the most out of it listening at work.

Such a funny episode, this might be one to remember for the best-of's voting. I wonder if the guests on the Australian tour will include R. Schrift, Claudia O'Doherty and/or Claudia O'Doherty's mother. Those lucky Australians.

Really good ep. The improv was one of favourites in a while. I want to echo Kickpuncher's sentiment and say that Bojack Horseman is every kind of fantastic. One of my favourite programmes.

Paul's made the reference so many times, I'm starting to think he really IS Uatu the Watcher. Or maybe he's Aron the Rogue Watcher and trying to frame Uatu.

Will Hines is great. He might be one of my favourite character guests.

I feel like Matt proved his own point wrong about surprising yourself when you talk when he said he was Benjamin Button. This whole improv made me laugh, good stuff. GIMME THAT PILL!

Fantastic plugs theme today, great job Tattique! Also, how do you spell Tattique!!

This was another really great episode. Zeke Nicholson made me look like a fool at work more than once by making me just burst out laughing.

As a resident of the UK, let me just say how grateful I am that Scott translated everything to and from the British Time System. I would have been lost. Also, I'm going to have to go pick up Spidey/Deadpool #6.

Scott was on fire today i thought, really funny. Rhys, Margie and Reggie were a treat too. Solid ep.

The guy shouting out was a mystery to me. If you're shouting out PFT's album titles, then you have to be a fan. But if you're a fan, then why would you shout out? It just doesn't make sense! Maybe i should collect more clues, I get the feeling that they would all lead to 4 Washington Lane.

I really enjoyed this ep. Craig was really funny and i like Riki. She seems nice.

I love this ep so much. One of those that i keep coming back to and always makes me laugh.

Haven't listened yet but i love O'Doherty. I hope she gets a chance to shine again this ep.

Solid ep. I was cracking up when we found out that Crap's wife wants to be a magazine.

Good ep. I'm sure somebody here will remind me who that other stuntman was that was on CBB in recent times? My fuzzy memory is of a stuntman that keeps smashing through a plate glass window? "Hey Flash, take it easy! Walk over here!"
