ICE T does an upside down spinning shoot out to a Spineshank song. HDTGM needs to do this movie. Super ridiculous over the top action movie. It cost 62 million to make and made only 19!!! Apparently theres different versions of the movie too. Its really just a bonkers ass movie

Bump. This has plenty of opportunity. This is one of those over the top ridiculous movies that's a ride. Kevin Costner as a villain is always great too
