I agree. I have bought my mom a great watch on the Internet - for $50 some Quartz. But her birthday package comes, and it was broken, so I didn't have any chance to buy a new one. I was distraught. There were some socks, mugs, etc. I upload moms photos, and the make it personal) So mom was happy, and I was pleased for her. So if something comes terrible, it's a challenge, and all of us should accept it!
