I liked this episode. I loved this episode. I had never heard of "Projection" in that sense. It was interesting to recognize it in so many different angles. Makes you really think, "Do I do this myself?"..."are people doing this to me?" I've always liked Amy Schumer's stand-up. Seeing her at first glance, I never once thought she looked like anybody that wasn't good at stand-up. That never crossed my mind. I didn't know you had to have a certain physical look about you to be good at stand-up. I do go on certain tones though.. as well as a certain rhythm, flow and build up to punchlines. But not by their looks. That's absurd to me. I REALLY hope everything turns out well for Tig to dig into this new show. I really want to see what she and Kyle come up with as far as their writing creativity and it'll be an extra bonus to see them pop up on screen every once in a while. I wish Tig and Amy did do a reality show together. HOW AMAZING WOULD THAT HAVE BEEN?! Aaron's horribly bad clip was one of the highlights (besides Craig popping in). Also, hearing Amy describe her bad date and coming to the realization that it MAY have been Kyle was just hilarious. Dang I love this podcast.

Thanks for doing an episode on autism. Hits home for me because I actually teach kids with Autism. For the past 4 years, I've worked as a TA in a "self-contained" program for students in a middle school who have a primary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders. (For some of the lower functioning/severe/profound--cognitively it was like elementary of course, but not all). The job can be stressful at times, however it is by far THE most rewarding job I have ever had in my life. I am fascinated by autism. Going into it, I was like David. I knew nothing about it. I didn't even know what autism meant. Working in special ed is such a team effort and it's great working in a collaborative setting with the teacher and various specialists like Speech Pathologists and OT's...everyone pitching in with such creative ideas and working together and meeting the needs of those kids. I love it. No matter much the job wore on me emotionally/physically (whether it was due to blowouts and what not) I constantly had to remind myself of why it's important to stick with it. These two films helped me do that: "Autism the Musical" and "Temple Grandin" Anyone who has ever dealt closely with someone with Autism--I urge you to check them out. Steven, I always enjoy you as a guest. You nailed it. Tig, Kyle, David and Aaron--respect.

"This American Life we're all living in!..." I'm still laughing. Who in their right mind would want to harm Scott? That's nuts. Also, I think my all-time favorite Martha Kelly bit is her "Break-Up Letter to Food"...funny stuff. It's a shame the Crackpot Comedy Tour didn't become a comedy documentary or a web series or something. It would have done well.

I totally want to try the restaurant meal compliment thingy-majig that Tig and Kyle does. That is hilarious. And I love Elizabeth's and Andy's laugh.

Excuse me...I'm sorry to bother you...but I just have to tell you....I love your podcast.The story of "Mr. Cute Shorts" KILLED. Hilarious. My neighbors may not be too thrilled at how loud I was laughing at that time of night. I love the dynamics of Tig and Kyle's friendship. It's something special and I'm glad they were able to reconcile whatever small differences that didn't amount to a hill of beans compared to what would have been lost. I wouldn't wish any lost friendship between any of them. I adore the entire Professor Blastoff crew. This (nor that) podcast wouldn't be anything without each and every one of them. Taylor Dayne was a great guest. The back-and-forth between her and Tig at the very end--HOT. There I said it. Quit needling me.
