It Follows is really great. One of the best movies I've seen this year, horror or otherwise.

EPISODE 342 — A Silicon Valley P-Cast
ApathyMonger replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
Now that PFT has his own show on the network, I hope he keeps taking the opportunity to drop in for five minutes when other podcasts are recording. -
EPISODE 19 — Scott Aukerman: A Lil' Dab'll Do Ya'
ApathyMonger replied to JulyDiaz's topic in With Special Guest Lauren Lapkus
Lauren was on Paul F. Tompkins' No, You Shut Up! last week: Nice shout out to Public Domain in the return from the ad break. -
Paul F. Tompkins presents Spontaneanation (Teaser)
ApathyMonger replied to JulyDiaz's topic in SPONTANEANATION with Paul F. Tompkins
I didn't know who Shulie Cowen was, but I see from IMDb that she played a character called Florence Anne Machine in a recent episode of Parks and Rec, which is reminding me why I loved that show. -

So, does anyone recognise the other comedians in the clips? I got Matt Gourley, but wasn't sure on any of the others. -

It was nice to have a non-mythology Andy Daly episode again. It's also inspired me to finally listen to Nine Sweaters.

EPISODE 335 — The Wedding of Gilli and Garry
ApathyMonger replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
I'm always happy when Rev. Parsimony shows up. Also, Garry (the real one) was excellent on last night's Brooklyn-Nine Nine. -
Episode 217 — Bradley Cooper's Under My bed
ApathyMonger replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Who Charted?
I really liked Ghost Ghirls. This episode has PFT doing an early version of his Rev. Parsimony voice: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_9wF0hlOIy4 -
And the Ghostbusters cast is: Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones, and Friend of the TV Show Kate McKinnon. http://www.vulture.com/2015/01/ghostbusters-cast-melissa-mccarthy.html

For those who haven't seen it, Wild Horses' great FOD Stakeout sketch:

I had no idea Howard was going to be on last night's Newsreaders! The piece with him, Harris, and Armen was great.

Episode 66 — Paul F. Tompkins Again, Our Close Friend

"The Most Popular Game." -
I loved Scott trying to trick Howard into revealing his age. (The Lansbury/Cariou Sweeney Todd was 1979-80, FYI.)

Episode 327 — Bang! Bang! Into Your Mouth!
ApathyMonger replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
Yeah, that was interesting. I hope he does talk about it at some point. -
I think it's both.

I wish we found out which episode PFT said was his favourite.
-
I think that was the final episode to be eligible.

Seems so. Shame that no Intern Gino episodes made the list. He was great all year.
-
I was hoping Jason would ask if June meant he was a side-by-side.
-
There's also the very end of the episode of @midnight that Scott and Paul were on back in July, which is just them shouting it at each other.
-
I'm surprised Hollywild did so well, but I do like Coco Marx.
-
I always liked that Scott repeats "A Little Buzz," in case people didn't get it.
-
I'm right there with Stephanie on not being able to whistle. I can do it if I have a pen cap or something, but not with just my lips.

Episode 326 — 2014 Holiday Spectacular
ApathyMonger replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
This was one of the few times I've liked "Bjork" on the show. The Little Drummer Boy stuff was fantastic. "Stories about Mordor go fifth in the or-dor" is what cemented it as an all-time classic for me though.
