Episode 121 - Karaoke Night at A Small Logging Town Tavern (w/ Scott Aukerman, Jordan Black, Hal Lublin, Jean Villepique)
ApathyMonger replied to JulyDiaz's topic in SPONTANEANATION with Paul F. Tompkins
Is this the closest to release they've ever recorded an episode? I kind of miss the days when they were five months ahead, just for the reactions from the guests when they had to try to come up with plugs for what they'd be doing half a year later. -
Episode 99.5 - Bonus: The Pilot Episode (w/ Rich Sommer, Matt Gourley, Mark McConville, Chris Tallman)
ApathyMonger replied to JulyDiaz's topic in SPONTANEANATION with Paul F. Tompkins
Okay, episodes in which Eban is not in the photos: 80 - Eugene Cordero 99 - Craig Cacowski Episode in which he's in the photo, but I don't think he was there: 88 - Oscar Nunez He's not in the group photo for Scott Aukerman's ep, but there's another photo of him at the piano. -
Episode 97 - A Family-Owned Bagel Shop (w/ Cameron Esposito, Jeremy Carter, Colleen Smith, Gary Anthony Williams)

Small issue, but can whoever puts the episodes on Soundcloud go back to putting the name of the guests/improvisers is the episode title. When looking back it makes it much easier to remember which is which than "97 A Family-Owned Bagel Shop" or "96 The Bell House: Live from The Bell House," like the last few episodes. -
I think it was a problem with Apple; none of my podcasts, Earwolf or otherwise, would update on my iPod until about three hours ago even though the feeds were updated.

Episode 145 - Vampire Academy (w/ Michael Showalter, Aisling Bea)
ApathyMonger replied to JulyDiaz's topic in How Did This Get Made?
Aisling Bea! She's great, though it's weird seeing her in a dramatic role in The Fall. -
Is this the first With Special Guest to get its own spin-off? There's a few others I think could definitely support a mini-series.
-
They changed Jason's Earwolf photo! Also, Party Over Here was cancelled, so you can probably delete that from the plugs paragraph.
-
Watched the Periscope of this; great episode.

Episode 67 - A Comic Book Shop (w/ Phil LaMarr, Craig Cackowski, Nyima Funk, Marc Evan Jackson)

Was there a lost episode somewhere? I think this is the second time recently that PFT has been a week off on saying what the release date would be. -

Scott clearly just can't wait to get to Episode 420.
-
I like that both this and Pistol Shrimps Radio were added in the same week. Two very different shows, going by this preview.

Episode 1808 - Kyle Anderson

Hey, Sean Ryan. I've head great things about his current Suicide Squad run. -
Episode 41 - Musical; Theater with Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber

Used to great effect in Lauren Lapkus's episode of The Characters. -
I love everything about Joe Wengert's performance in this episode.

Episode 51 - Tesla Charging Station: Live from Largo

Just saw the new logo. [REDACTED] (Sorry) Very nautical. -
I watch NYSU on Youtube every week! It's a very fun show.
-
I was wondering if I recognised Ryan Gaul from somewhere; he was America Ferrara's husband on last week's Superstore. That's a fun show.
-
I caught up on the Limitless TV show, and it's better/weirder than I expected. For instance, this week's episode featured an imaginary Barney-type dinosaur, played by, of course, Eddie Pepitone. It was pretty great.

EPISODE 41 - Pet Store, Post Robbery

Probably my favourite episode yet. I just got caught up on Going Deep, and was wondering if Rees was going to be on the show. It's worth checking out if you haven't seen it; PFT is in two of the episodes (the signature and toast ones), -
Dolphin rape was discussed in a recent episode of Doughboys (the Cabo Wabo Cantina ep, IIRC), when Mike Mitchell was recalling a childhood incident swimming with dolphins in Key West.
-
So, I'm guessing the Top 3 are NOT Farts and Procreation 4, Heynong Man, and probably Kid Detectives? No idea on which gets the top spot though.

Feb 29th is a Monday; I hope we get to hear some of the Time Keeper's bacchanalia.
