The next HDTGM has to be The Order of the Black Eagle http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0199912/ This movie the perfect mix of low budget, bad acting, horrible writing, fat nazi Barons, mediocre sexpot name wordplay, secret south american nazi mayan temple bases, nazi baseball caps, shoot from the hip automatic weapons fire, satellite destroying lasers, vaguely arab robbery victims, meaningless establishing shots, and of course, the aforementioned baboon sidekick to the dopiest low rent james bond ripoff who looks more like a high school english teacher than a spy.
