A fun episode everyone! While I do not know The National's work that much, Matt was a fun and out of the box choice as guest for Whooch. And what's up with Howard's face? Mid-stroke shot? Summah Withdrawl?

Wow, that was some dark shit this episode. For some reason, I was thinking of a weird Wicker Man craziness to it all...the whole possession and mass killing. Some dark ass stuff, Sark. Two things that got me laughing: 1. Brian's Amarth Star Wars masterbation reference- I near shorted out my screens at work. That was brilliant 2. Blaine's throw away line that not everyone caught- "Hey we found your Parn stash" So subtle in the background amongst the craziness of everyone talking.

DubipR Confession Time.... I reeeeaaaaallly like this film. It's a total guilt pleasure flick for me; the reasons said on the podcast is why I like it so much...it's so inane and stupid with dialogue and the Looney Tunes type of slapstick. While Daniel Waters co-wrote this, Michael Lehmann (director of Heathers) did this. Going from Heathers and Meet the Applegates to this....whoa. Talk about a radical departure in terms of budget and scope.

I'm going to the first show at Largo on the 13th.

Thank for you having DAG on the show! I do agree with another poster that he was reigning it in a bit but that's alright. Sometimes a subdued DAG is just as funny if not funnier than his boisterous self. While I wished he'd get all up in the mike, having him play off Lauren Lapkus and Joe Wengert was magic. I've been smitten with the comedy of Lauren for a while, but her singing the AFHVs theme every time slayed me. She's rapidly becoming a Top 3 (def. Top 5) guests on Earwolf.

Awesome episode! I'm a little smitten on Retta. She's so fierce and funny... an amazing guest to have on Whooch. Favorite Kremer moments: 1. Christ.. Howard's post-gas bill story was hilarious. "I don't sweat" and Retta calling on his bullshit/truth was perfect. From her asking if he cleaned with wetnaps and his stank ass... gold! 2. "I'm now a non-practicing Jew. I've converted to MP3"....zen. Best Thanksgiving Song has to be Ray Davies

I bought it and I'm ready for it... but I'll get my holiday kicks when I open it up in December. And 'Stard.... fucking kills it from what I've heard from this Twooch.

Episode 64 β Heavy Metal Parking Lot
DubipR replied to JulyDiaz's topic in The Fogelnest Files with Jake Fogelnest
It's hard to pick a favorite person from Heavy Metal Parking Lot. Each drunkard has their personal charm and hilarity, like picking your favorite lush at your local bar. But I'd have to go with the 20 year old dating the 13 year old...classy. Another excellent episode, Jake. -
YEAH! Shout out to the Tonga Hut! My old drinking hole when I lived in the SF Valley. If you non-Angelinos get a chance, go to the Tonga Hut. Its one of the better drinking holes in Los Angeles.

Great episode! I love a good arctic D&D campaign. It's one of the few areas that most people aren't ready for when they play; not enough rations or clothing..this is going to be nice! Some people might lose some toes during their trek towards civilization. -R

That's Jerry Tarkanian, not Terry. No love for Cher, comedian James Adomian, Andre Agassi, artist Jim Mahfood, Art Leboe and other American Amermians?

My mistake. Just popped in my head. As for the outtakes reel.. they're glorious. If they pick it, I was hoping the would mention it

Best part of the entire episode.... June's Laughter My word, I was laughing as hard as June was hearing her truly enjoy the shit out of this episode.

What's wrong with Jazz? Howard of all people should appreciate jazz big time for his love rap and hip-hop. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WfTSGErOWGY My favorite Kremerisms: 1. "I doctor my frozen pizza. I dry hump it and toss it in the oven".... Poor Wie Wie not having gas, but that gutbusting great. 2. "Same On Same"- brilliant 3. "I'm getting FUCKING HAMMERED!"- I'm dying every time Howard went off. 4. Howard signing 'Refugee' to his dong when talking to Beans about his preference of MTFB. 5. Kremer's constant fuckbotching of the English language and his rant of Daylight Savings Time.

Episode 63 β Donate Your Car Today
DubipR replied to JulyDiaz's topic in The Fogelnest Files with Jake Fogelnest
Awesome episode Jake. Any time Julie Klausner is on the podcast (or any podcast) makes it the greatest thing ever! Also hearing Dave Hill's confusion for Kars-4-Kids was nothing short of peeing in my pants hilarous; that damn song is infectious. One of the sports radio stations here in LA, keep the mics hot and sing along with the jingle, which makes it quite funny. As for Benny Mardones.... well, that song creeped me out when I heard as a kid in the 80s. Truly disturbing. The link below is the story behind the song: http://www.songfacts.com/detail.php?id=9739 Keep up the great work, Jake -R -
Favorite Kremerism of this episode: "Kanye's the new Prince of Persia".... gold Great episode with Emily Gordon as guest host. Having Ron Funches on any podcast makes me smile. He's so jovial and loveable.
