There are a lot of bottles in several scenes of this movie (I'm thinking most, if not all, tonics or beauty products of some sort) particularly in the streets, inside Warren T. Rat(or Cat) suitcase/luggage pad, and one modified as a memorial (maybe?) for Fievel inside the Mousekewitz doctors bag/New York home/tailor shop... (A bit of a long setup... Please bear with me) My personal bone to pick with Fievel (and the movie) is even more superficial... According to The Internet he is 7 years old, so he is a little kid right?, he asks a lot of questions and wanders around sure... And oh yeah, I almost forgot He has a death wish!!! MY WORD!!! To name a few instances of recklessness: *He takes some metal pots/pans & spoons and goes on his own to "scare off" the Cossack Cats *He tosses the family heirloom hat so he has a "valid excuse" to go outside to a crazy tide thunderstorm *He follows the sound of classical music played by Violin to an appartment where everything but the kitchen sink is trown at him and a little later into the sewers where there are cockroaches, and alligator that eats them (acording to the H.I. S.D.H. subtitle) and is the underground H.Q. for the cats There are more, but you get the point So... how does this naive, present-driven, impulsive, father defying mouse with a short attention span that is constantly ignoring logic and warnings left and right had the retention and memory to store, remember and repeat the "Giant Mouse of Minsk" story to anybody after only hearing it ONCE and inmediatly be shocked scarred and scared multiple times at life shattering leves? <-----------------------This is a more appropriate reaction every time he survives all those near death situations, don't you think? Or is Fievel so green and naive that his mind does not get the severety of the events he has lived through? Now "THIS is a stupid thing to be angry about, but goddamn it, it's the MOUNTAIN I'm gonna die on." (An analysis of Fievels memory of the "Giant Mouse of Minsk" story was one of my notes)

"Somewhere Out There" is the best song in the movie IMHO and for me tied at the number 2 spot "No Cats in America" , "Never Say Never" and "We're A Duo" Another one of my notes... The instrumental song that starts right as Fievel says (Alone in Orphan Alley) "This is my home now" and then the rain stops as the sun comes up is called "Reunited" (Its on the soundtrack CD) and those first 20 seconds were later extended and used as the instrumental track for "Dreams to Dream" that Tanya sings in the sequel "Fievel Goes West"... Yeah I had a similar experience when I watched the Oscars and saw his name and picture included in the In Memoriam portion... So sad.

Her name is Yasha and she is freatured a little bit more in Fievel goes West where she is starting to take her first baby steps and learning to walk... Remember that when the family arrives at Ellis Island they say "Mousekewitz: 4" so 2 parents and 2 girls... Also, Fievel is not on that record, he entered America illegally

This is one of my original notes... I'll phrase it as a question to you all... Do you think this Sicilian mouse... is the Older brother of Tony Toponi???!!! (Remember how he sings that his "brother Tony" was in trouble with the Sicilian Big Cat Mob Boss Don "Tabby" Tabilioni ) If so, What did Tony do to piss Don "Tabby" Tabilioni off??? (Other than being a mouse, obviously) Did he run/escape to America before or after Mama Toponi got eaten??? (So many questions, but I think its possible considering his mom died and he's now an immigrant orphan working in Moe's sewing sweatshop)

The only *criticism I have for/thing I hate in* this movie is the "running from the eye of the storm into the library fireplace room" scene... Other than that is a pretty solid movie all around Also... Pacific Rim RULES! Haters Drool!
