  1. I figured I'd start another thread for dream hosts ~

I'd love to hear a special edition of the Wahlberg Solution - one on one with Lauren.

I would've said Horatio but apparently that happened at the live one!

Besser seems a natural as does Matt Gourley

Oh and a Gino podcast with Twacy as the guest....

    Who are yours?

  2. Thought it was funny how coy (?) cagey (?) Nick was about the "dating" question...It is readily googlable, and I remembered hearing about it when there were initial rumors but didn't know that it was still an ongoing thang, They make a great couple!...Anyhow, great to hear Mr. Kroll who has been too busy for podcasts lately. His show is really funny and it has been interesting to see how they developed the characters in the second season, so I highly recommend checking it out...

  3. I LOLed at Jason telling June about the sushi in drug stores in NYC. I live here and everyone I've spoken to about it is baffled by this phenomena. They added sandwiches and more lunch stuff to Duane Reades (which is owned by Walgreens) and there is indeed sushi. I remember telling my friend "I'M HUNGRY NOT INSANE."

    .

There's an I4H with an extensive discussion about this leading to an alltime classic piece:

I applaud Jason for being able to go without dolmades or stuffed grape leaves - those things are like crack to me!

  4. Glad they zoned in on the best line of the movie and the name of my new band

    the kLinikal kUntz

I was also happy to hear that Romero was on a bottle a day with this film because that explains a lot, I think, about the disjointed nature of this "film". There is probably a decent horror/thriller story there but it is all very half-baked and muddied-up here. I think the "hostitude" did a great job of trying to tease out all the weird relationships and character motivations. I think it came out, but I just thought that his character was a rich-boy law student at a school like USC and chose to live in the 'hood - he was renting that house by himself, no?

Only thing better than this show are its fans!

I had to make this, you guys. I HAD to.

  5. My level of hatred towards this movie slowly rose to a fever pitch by the end...and then I heard the director's commentary and wanted to punch his quaaluded face! Maybe he dipped into Mariah's stash also... "Magical realism"? I guess that could be used to explain every ridiculous point in the the film. I'm glad they brought up how there was not even any mention of contracts...Also, Padma's voice was absolutely horrible. Sure, Terence Howard's character realized Mariah was a better singer but how could he have even thought that Padma was a good singer in the first place? Oh yeah, he's a psychopath...

The use of Grandmaster Flash's "The Message" was particularly grating although maybe there is a point of relevance with:

"Rats in the front room, roaches in the back"

Roachbags? Maybe it was supposed to be douchebag but the censor dinked it?

  6. I sill can't believe that I was able to see this live. It was a total blast. I haven't listened to it but I'm the single clapper for the James Garner shout-out. I luckily grabbed DVK to give him some gushing praise and take this photo. I did my best deer in headlights impersonation.

  7. Wait, was the Wipeout song that Ramones ripoff theme song? By chance, I looked it up.

Anthony C. Ferrante didn’t just direct Syfy’s Sharknado 2: The Second One: He also composed and sang on the TV movie’s theme song, “(The Ballad of) Sharknado.”

Ferrante had trouble getting rights to music for the Sharknado movies because of budgetary restraints, so he and his musically inclined friend Robbie Rist formed the band Quint for the sole purpose of creatingSharknado theme music. Quint’s not the first time the pair recorded songs together though; Ferrante and Rist compose the music for each of the director’s films.

“The joke is: Every movie we break up and then we reform as a new band, even though it’s just the two of us,” Ferrante tells EW. “So then for Sharknado, it was obvious we needed to call ourselves Quint in honor of the Robert Shaw character from Jaws.”

  8. I watched this after seeing that Lennon was the guest and totally saw him in a few roles also! The dookie-feur was Paul though, right down to the toupee and glasses... Huebel would be great as one of the underlings and of course June would be great as Samantha.

As always, love all the added facts and details from you guys! ♥♡♥♡\(◎o◎)/!★☆★☆

And we are going to get another Hulkster movie on top of it?? It's not xmas but...Santa with Muscles?

  9. I've been waiting a month and a half for a new video. I really enjoy them, I hope Earwolf doesn't end up like the rest of the shows on VPN.

Yeah, it's a bummer, especially since I think VPN does a great job on them...I wonder if Doug Benson will be the last stoner Stanton...
