Technicality no down boo over?

As someone who thought Cameron was a great guest and a fine comedian, I think it might be a little extreme to label someone who states that they are bored of her subject matter as "homophobic". Somebody saying "I don't care for her topic of comedic discussion because it feels repetitive to me" does not necessarily equal "I hate (insert homophobic slur)". Maybe the comment I'm referring to was a bit more insensitively worded than that, but it seems unfair, and almost implies condescension, to insist that someone's material is off limits to criticism. I guess I do see an inequality though since I don't see similar complaints about Scott and his recurring jokes that are sometimes word for word repetitions yet are still welcome additions to any episode.......... Or maybe I should have just said "That's a spicy meatball"?

A combination of insomnia and migraine headaches that I've been experiencing lately had been poised to ruin my morning today, but when I forced my way out of bed to get ready for work at 5:00 a.m. and checked to see what was in store for me in today's episode I involuntarily cheered out loud. Great job saving my day Earwolf!

Been anxiously waiting for the sequel to "Oh, Golly". Seemed almost too ambitious of an episode idea, but they pulled it off amazingly! Started really hoping for a confirmation of the possible relationship between Andi Callahan and Cactus Tony though. I'd assumed Andi lost that knife fight against Tony in the woods and that's why we hadn't heard from him since and why he didn't show up to the mass suicide ending of Dalton Wilcox's first episode. Are Andi's Tony and Cactus Tony the same? Signs point to yes. Andi and Tony met at a movie theater, both descriptions of Tony have suggested an addiction to uppers, and both are "unencumbered by a sense of right and wrong". Perhaps we'll never know for sure. Andi Callahan sure works in mysterious ways

I was also raised in a Jehovah's Witness household, and her experience seems pretty atypical compared to myself and the other kids in my congregation. Her negative opinion sounds more like a result of over protective parenting from her mother using her belief system as an easy excuse to be controlling (which I'm sure happens to some degree in most religions). I've heard of situations like hers before, but parents raising their children in the faith are discouraged from being too overbearing because it usually just pushes their children away. I never was subjected to a lame dress code. Slang, the internet, the idea of donating eggs, and pursuing a college education were never suggested to be forbidden in my upbringing. I find her "cult" label a bit extreme and inaccurate (not knowing the name of/not being taught to revere the "founder" plus being able to simply walk away quietly from the organization when you decide to seem to be contrary to some key characteristics of a cult), but I certainly have sympathy for her after hearing how she was suppressed as a youth. Not a bad guest, but not really a fair example of the typical Jehovah's Witness experience. She was dead on about walking across people's lawns though, that was definitely frowned upon in the ministry work.

This makes me cringe and feel bad inside, especially after seeing the number of views.

These binaural ASMR videos are apparently supposed to be relaxing or something, but they really just kind of creep me out and make me think of lonely people. For the full intended effect you're supposed to wear earphones while watching so that you can actually feel like you just survived some domestic abuse(?) or are getting a zombie makeover.

By the tone of his voice, I half expected Scott to ask Squarespace for some U2 t-shirts at the beginning of the ad. By the way, I never understand complaints about having to listen to ads. They aren't meant to be the focal point of the show. It's like having a great dinner and then only being able to say "That napkin I had to use really sucked!" afterwards.

Purchased Bioshock Infinite today, looking forward to holding my head up proudly for refusing to attempt to throw a baseball at that black gentleman.

I was a little disappointed when Patrick refused the suicide suggestion for his limerick, but in the end it was actually a little heart warming to see at least one of Andy's characters finally succeed

Just started listening to this one and I'm already imagining a petting zoo that only has birds, lizards, and warthogs. So excited to see what weird unsettling directions this one's going to go in!
