  1. The one thing that baffles me is that Problem Child is higher (has a lower RT score) than Problem Child 2. How does this happen? The only way that makes sense is if only the people who liked Problem Child went and saw #2.
  2. Seriously, this is what they're showing on the front page, 3 for 3:

    No Holds Barred (1989)

Fuck yes, if you get Showtime and have access to Showtime Anytime this is available for free until 8/13

    Spring Breakers

I watched this movie last week and I thought it was flawed but enjoyed it. The story is flimsy, but I thought Franco was very entertaining.

    Sgt. Kabukiman NYPD

Now that Sharknado has been done, I think it opens the gate to this movie.

    Episode 67 — Sharknado

So Ian Ziering and the director of Sharknado were on Adam Carolla's podcast today and said that SyFy is re-airing it on Thursday.

    Episode 67 — Sharknado

I can't wait until a movie is described as "X meets Sharknado" ie "It's like Spring Breakers meets Sharknado" or "It's After Earth meets Sharknado"
  9. I have decided that when I renovate my bathroom I'm going to put in a shelf with three metallic seashells. I may regret this decision once someone decides to use them though.

    Sharknado

Hah, this is an Asylum movie.

  12. JCVD's debut movie, Breakin'?

    Sharknado

To be honest I find intentional campy movies to be dull. Most of the fun is thinking "Holy crap someone actually thought this would be a good idea to make?" and of course the fact that it's a bad idea is why they made it. It seems like it defeats the purpose.
  14. Because bidets use more water than the seashells.

    Omission: Demolition Man Neanderthal

Maybe they're calling him unevolved for his violent tendencies. They may still insult people in 2032
  16. So there was a lot of discussion of the three seashells as being more complicated than either a toilet or a bidet, but what if the reason they were used was they were simply more eco-friendly?

    HDTGM All-Stars

Oh man, and I just discovered you can add Jessie Ventura to the list. He was a prison guard in Batman & Robin and one of the prisoners in Demolition Man. Edit: And if they end up doing No Holds Barred he's in that too.

I find it hard to believe that Rob Schneider is only on here for two movies. I mean, I saw him do standup and he was pretty funny, plus I enjoy a few of his movies for what they are, but still a surprise.
  19. I think that the idea of the sentence indicates punishment, but there are clearly rehabilitation elements to the cryo-prison

    No Holds Barred (1989)

I'm hoping it holds the top slot. I really want to have an excuse to rewatch this.
  21. Let's not forget Mayor Tweed from Gangs of New York
