This is streaming on Netflix (according to Can I Stream. It) as of 11:59 A.M. Pacific Time. Let's see how long it lasts!

You answered your own question - the federal government gave him the training that made him into a deadly weapon.
-
I watched it with my girlfriend when we were hungover in a hotel and we hadn't been able to find anything remotely watchworthy for like 3 hours, so I actually have only fond things to say about it. It really helped me out for 2 hours there

Props to Horatio, he is doing big things with this podcast

A porno where a guy just stands by a lake without a boner?
-
Did it though?
-
Wait how have like 50 different videos been uploaded in this thread but NOT the actual music video for Deepest, Bluest, which is LL Cool J and a bunch of synchronized swimmers?
-
Wow this looks both terrible plot and acting wise with enough bullshit that makes no sense to make it a great pick. The mom possesses his skateboard in the form of Dom Delouise? Is that actually what's happening?

Action Bronson is the main headliner at NXNE, which has 350,000 attendees. Not that that line up is super high end, but still

I know Jason put a moratorium on Nic Cage movies and that's fine, but I've never laughed so hard at a snuff film before. I was just listening to this episode of Never Not Funny with Andy Daly: http://www.earwolf.com/episode/andy-daly/ and they had a bit where they took turns going into a 7/11 and and asking about a malfunctioning sign at around an hour and thirty minutes in. I don't want to spoil it, it's amazing, but I was thinking how great it would be if Jason, Paul, June and Paul for instance walked into a different porno store one after another, went up to the most fucked up movie they had and then gave the Nic Cage line "do you have anything.....harder?"

This has happened since like episode 20 of HDTGM. I just dug through the backlog of forums and look at this thread from mid-2013: http://forum.earwolf...744-am-i-crazy/ Super annoying

This one stars JCVD, his daughter lil' JCVD, Adam Brody and Earwolf alums Rob Huebel and Kristen Schaal. It gets a 25% critic rating on RT with a 21% audience rating: http://www.rottentom...he_jungle_2013/ That is terrible, but damn I want to like a movie with Huebel and Schaal. Even the Amazon reviews are almost universally negative, with titles like "Bored of the Flies" and a more positive one entitled "Watch it while doing something else!" I'm guessing I shouldn't waste my time, too bad. Keep getting them checks, Huebel!

Horatio as Miguel de Cervantes on hiring actors who can't sing for musicals: "It's like hiring a plumber and having him show up and say 'hey, I don't know anything about tools, but I'll take a shit in your house!" He is the best
-
No you couldn't rub them because the emblems would come off. You had to press down with your thumb so it would heat up

I would like to see a re-roll because I just think it would be more interesting. There is no real investment right now in anything so they can just pull the plug. I would like to see Blaine work more speaking NPCs in that they have to work with to complete random sidequests - I liked Sark's handling of them a lot, although sometimes he would just give exposition for an entire episode. Blaine is totally competent at role playing and I don't think he would fall into that. His biggest weakness as a GM is just winging it 100% of the time. Another thing I wouldn't mind seeing is them adopting the "series 1" characters and whoever takes over Gerry's Paladin has to do a Gerry impression the whole time.

I heard about it on Comedy Bang Bang a few months before it came out and thought it sounded interesting. I've never played D&D before and am not even really that big of a fan of Posehn's stand up. Not that I don't like it or anything, I just didn't know it well. I checked it out anyways and loved it; Gerry and his damn Spirit Bear sucked me in and that was that. So Sark is a YouTube personality? I noticed he had 200k Twitter followers but could never figure out how he got that big or even what he did. I just Googled him again and saw this video here and watched it to see what his deal was. If you skip ahead to 6:50, he says that he misses Nerd Poker and wants to eventually go back. Immediately before that (around 6:00) he says he won't ever go back to some other show, so it sounds potentially promising. I would love him DMing again and the new cast rolling new characters so bad. I still love the podcast but it that would be amazing

I think Agee needs to roll up a new character named Tracer Lords
-
So glad you signed on! But I hate to break it to you, 100% Agee
-
Yeah a fresh start might be nice now that Blaine has some DMing reps in, but still, this is fantastic news!
-
My dream line up for a fill in would just be Paul, Rob and Aziz

If you go to the episode page, you can see a play counter on the bottom right corner of the real player app. I went randomly to an episode from when I imagined NP was at its height of popularity and I picked ep 59 - the Tunnel to Glinishmore from January of 2014. It had 44k plays. The one released today only has about 10k right now, but I figure that will go up over the next couple of days. I then went to a few new episodes that everyone has had a chance to listen to now and picked eps 90 and 91, which each have 35k downloads. I imagine that after 10 months when they are the same age as ep 59 is now, they will have about 40k-45k easily. So at most, NP has lost about 23% of the listener ship since Jerry and Sark left with Sara only making half the episodes. There is also a chance it hasn't lost anything and will have 45k downloads on those eps a year from now. Granted, it probably hasn't grown at all this year, but it's a pretty niche podcast. This is not counting the fact that there are other ways to download this podcast that aren't counted on that player count. So if people are dissatisfied to the point where they aren't listening anymore, I'm not seeing it. Those numbers above aren't very scientific, but it sure looks like people are still tuning in. Now getting to this: My take is that Brian just attracts a bunch of dudes that like to complain about nerdy things and if you get them all together on an anonymous message board forum they will all complain eventually. It's just who the audience is. What other podcast will you get someone yelling "I'm going to trace your dick" as a battle cry? This show is fantastic.

So proud of you guys! Also - "You're going to get your dick traced!" is such a great battle cry

Episode 319 — Return to Suicide House Part Gore
Snake replied to JulyDiaz's topic in Comedy Bang Bang
How has nobody mentioned that they said they might consider doing a St. Patrick's Day show? Can you imagine Patrick & Seamus McMahon and Damien Fearnly showing up to Suicide House? Especially with the Andy Daly suicide synergy? That would get out of control right quick
