  1. I genuinely love the logo. Seriously, a lesser artist/intern (?) would've easily crumbled when tasked to shove "Hollywood Handbook: An Insider's Guide to Kicking Butt and Taking Names in the Red-Carpet-Lined Back Hallways of this Industry we call Showbiz" onto an image that could work as a thumbnail on the main Earwolf page. But props to maintaining Sean & Hayes' original vision and not shortening it to just, "Hollywood Handbook". Not selling out or dumbing it for the mainstream - good job. I expect nothing less from the podcast that must carry the torch from the beloved, dearly departed, Reality SHOW Show I can't wait for Episode 1!

    Episode 168 β€” She Rabbi

lol. Every time I hear that first song now, I'm going to imagine an 80's movie science lab montage Btw, how come the first post for the episode doesn't list the tunes? It would be helpful, especially when they have weird letters and stuff, like with Poliça here.

    Episode 248 β€” Todd's Life 2.0

I love having Eric Andre stopping by so many Earwolf podcasts this week. I don't like his show on Adult Swim, but he's a funny, interesting guy regardless. However - sorry dude - Lapkus STOLE THE SHOW! This had me dying for breath, I was laughing at how ridiculous this whole thing was! And also, all the times you kept calling "Todd" a she. The whispering resulting in the blood eyes and invisibility... this podcast had everything! It was amazing. Everyone was great, but man, her story was continually ridiculous and everyone kept rolling with it. This one needs to end up on the End of Year Best Of, for sure. LOVED IT!

    Episode 102 β€” Satan's Face

Agreed! Also, what is with Matt - specifically, his beef with milk (ha! cow pun! I didn't intend to do it, but now that I have, I am embracing it!)? That is really odd that he finds it childish to drink milk. Matt - you need to rethink some life choices, buddy Also, I was a little disappointed that Mookie didn't say that he acquired NERF guns, in that apocalypse sketch. Matt brought the Fart-in-a-Jar! They were ready to invade and takeover BabyTown! That sketch ended too soon!

Episode 1 β€” Jake Johnson, Our Close Friend

I am loving this! I was hoping the same tone from RSS would be retained here, but wasn't sure how it would fit in. Thank God they covered the Emmy's, and had Engineer Cody to look up movies, and do the Teaser Freezer -- these bits are amazing. Don't be too hard on Cody, Sean & Hayes. No matter how he tries to screw things up, you guys realize the roughest podcast from you guys is AAA, prime quality, audio beef, right? It's already embarrassing other podcasts. The thought of what this will become in the coming weeks after being refined further (how's that even possible!?!) is downright scary. The Funchie Bunx, Nintendo Power (glad to hear they came back from cancellation just to throw one party for you guys... even if you couldn't show up), calling out JGL for the stupid/obnoxious accents in Don Juan -- only Sean & Hayes are daring enough to try to get all these things into ONE podcast. And only they could pull it off. Love it! Not to mention the main course, about The Mr.Schmidt Show with Jake Johnson. Poor, confused guy though - can't even understand the name, "Mimby". Must get awkward at FOX Upfronts. Another must-listen-to podcast for Earwolf. The week-and-a-half without Sean & Hayes was, by far, the darkest time for podcasting ever. I'm relieved those days are over. Also, cool new theme song! Lessons learned this week: 1. Pay money for the lessons 2. Rate on iTunes 3. Get the Pro Version Got it! And with that, I'm sure I'm well on my way! I'll probably be able to move out to Hollywood in, like, a week!
  6. Yay! I love the LIVE episodes of Fogelnest Files! And it's been awhile. The 1-on-1 conversations are great and informative, but these are just hilarious. I can't get enough of 'em, Jake

    Bad Halloween Movies!

Killer Clowns from Outer Space. Saw Poltergeist recently because SOMEONE made me recall the creepy clown doll in that film (thanks a lot, Sklarbros County discussion about the Northampton Clown). Clowns are scary monsters, but not in nearly enough movies. This one is also dumb, cheap and probably bad. Should be fun! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PcFP8HDFPGQ Google also tells me that there's a sequel - The Return of the Killer Klowns from Outer Space... in 3D. I'm sure it's even worse BattleDogs. I just figured I'd hop on over to the Asylum's website and see what Horror "Mockbusters" their geniuses have whipped up. I mean, after Transmorphers, Atlantic Rim, Age of Hobbits and Sharknado, I'm sure they were going to have some doozies. This is apparently a combination of District 9 and Underworld, in that they decide to quarantine New York City because Werewolves. I'm sure with their massive budgets and talent pools, the Quarantining of New York - our most populated city - will totally look authentic. Child's Play 3, Bride of Chucky, Seed of Chucky - they all suck. We, as a society, know this. Chucky's only good when he's scary. But he's a goofy puppet comedian in these films and it's the stuff of nightmares... or, rather, nightmarishly horrible films. This is a very "HDTGM" movie, in that it's seriously baffling that someone thought it wise to flip a horror franchise into a dumb comedy starring those stiff, clunky puppets/dwarves in suits - truly, one of the most baffling decisions Hollywood has ever made. Btw, JarryCanada, Nightbreed looks amazing. Looks like a horror riff on Big Trouble in Little China to me, or something

Episode 39 β€” There Is Ninjas

Which part of the industry is easiest to break into/the most desperate for new blood? Acting? Scoring/Music & Audio Stuff? Directing? Writing? Editing? Stuntmen? Visual FX guy/Pyrotechnic? Seriously. I like the idea of being a success in the Entertainment 'biz, but don't want to put any more effort into it than I absolutely have to. Should I just wait for another Writer's Strike and scab?
  9. Loved hearing about how the "Tom Petty's Beard" sketch ended up the way it did! For the record Matt, I totally assumed that Paul was laughing because it was so stupid . Not at all because you guys "denied him" the idea. Now though, I'm probably going to think that whenever this situation happens in the future! I always felt like the laughter was from a) "This is ridiculous; did I just say his beard fell off?", and then b ) "Wait... does Tom Petty even have a Beard? Am I even thinking of Tom Petty right now/Did I forget who Tom Petty is? Or can I just do a Bob Dylan impression"? lol. I felt like everything just got more & more ridiculous, but everyone established it and had to keep plowing forward (luckily for us all), and Paul just had to laugh at what was transpiring. All because of his decision to talk about someone stealing his beard. Awesome scene! And awesome bit! The I4H Best Of's are always great, just being a collection of fantastic & hilarious sketches. But to get that little bit of new material was both interesting and added another hilarious layer to everything. Loved it! Best Podcast in the Universe continues! Time to make a few new fans out of I4H, I think. It's always a good idea to use the Best Of's to introduce this to friends...

Episode 245 β€” Poehler Ice Caps

Scott: "Uh, well, y'know, uh... like Rob Lowe. Your mortal enemy" Amy: "Sure" Scott: "I - I told him, y'know, you gotta get in there, and, uh, y'know, like, move on... from the, uh, the scandals. Y'know, back in the 80's and -- y'know what I mean?" Amy: "Smart" .... HOW COULD THE NEXT LINE BY SCOTT NOT BE "MOVIN' ON DOT ORG"!?! Wompler should be pissed. Scott's not even trying to help her brand here! Also, damn Scott, your "uh's" and "y'know's" can get out of hand sometimes.

Episode 39 β€” There Is Ninjas

You were just too damn good for this World, Reality SHOW Show. Or, maybe just Earwolf?... No, the entire WORLD. We -- humanity, I mean -- didn't deserve a podcast this good. We weren't ready, as a society. I get it. Doesn't mean I have to like it. Needless to say, Television itself has lost it's greatest ally here today. There is literally 99% no point to watching any reality show anymore (The Challenge being the lone exception; but it will be much, much less entertaining without your expert analysis). I can't imagine anyone tuning into Shark Tank or Big Brother now knowing Sean & Hayes WON'T be there the next day/week to discuss & break down what transpired. The medium of Podcasting too has seen it's last, great champion fall (I assume podcasting, as a thing, will just stop now. I mean, what's the point, y'know?). Well, at least until your new show. I also fear for your sponsors. Who will pick up the Upright City-Man's Brigade Comedy Manuelle without you guys talking it up? I mean, without the Sean & Hayes "Bump", retailers won't have faith that these things will sell. Amazon doesn't even seem to be stocking it anymore. Every time I search for "Upright City Man's Brigade Comedy Manuelle", it says the search matches 0 products. The death of The Reality SHOW Show won't just affect Podcasting and Television, but the economy itself! ... Thanks for the free hilariousness each & every week, Sean and Hayes! Wish I forum'd here sooner, and more often. The Reality SHOW Show community is something special for sure. Sharper, wittier and more shrewd than pretty much everyone else; there are too many people here funnier & clever-er than I could ever hope to be. That's a pretty good reflection on how great the show was, I think. I mean, your guys' humor doesn't seem to attract goons, jerks or morons. On the internet? That's a frickin' miracle! You guys deserve medals That sign off was great; very touching (except for the people who pissed you off for some reason). For reals. I hope, at least, we'll hear Sean a little more on Improv 4Humans now, with Matt Chester. But still, it won't be nearly the same. You will be missed, RSS. You were too good for this world. See You, Space Cowboys....
  12. Ah! The thing about the Google Car is here! That bugged me before; I guess you could say it was something that was bothering ME. I can't believe so many of you guys are untrusting of that thing. Cameras & identification software (that's been iterated on over the past 20+ years) make sure it has a 360 degree view of everything around it at all times, AND it communicates with GPS satellites to stay on roads and work it's way through traffic. It won't hit a thing, it'll avoid congestion, and it won't get in a crash - it sure as shit won't text and drive either. It's FAR more capable than pretty much every human driver. Though, like with any driver, it might not be able to do much to save you from some twit who IS texting & driving should they crash into you. Seriously, it's not like they whipped together the software & engineering that powers this thing in the past 5 years or so, guys. People have been working on this for YEARS. Carnegie Mellon had self-driving cars in the early 90's/late 80's for example... although they took so long to identify things, and didn't have the benefit of GPS, so they moved at, like, less than a mile an hour The "Urban Challenge" has been pushing robotics and artificial intelligence for over 20 years. Being a big nerd, I remember seeing TV specials about this kind of thing as a kid - a show on PBS in the early 90's, hosted by Alan Alda that showed off some of these prototypical self-driving cars. They are super, super capable now. We should have FAR MORE robot cars on the road than we currently do, which is basically just Google. OH! But great episode anyway! And Thanks Matt for doing this, as it includes some of the stuff I (and others, I'm sure) wanted to see on the Best Of Vol.3 episode. Give them another shot in the spotlight! Thanks I4H!

    Episode 71.5 β€” Minisode 71.5

Oh man, what a brilliant movie to tackle! I actually sort of liked Toys, but it's more of a contrarian kind of thing than anything else. I remember seeing ads for this as a kid, and being kinda weirded out. Never seen a movie with such... Spike Jonze-esque shot composition before. It just seemed like a really pretty, artsy movie - at least in places - but actually tying together this stuff was a really bizarre plot, a lot of players to keep track of and maybe some pseudo-profound/heavy-handed message about... something? I guess I wasn't entertained so much as I just liked the look of the movie, I have no doubt that this was just a complete mess otherwise. Which means, it should be perfect for this show! Haven't seen it since I was, like, a 5-year old. Definitely going to be checking it out again if it's on Netflix. CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT WEEK! Yeah, great point. This is probably the first time in my life where I realized that there's a difference between a kid's movie and a movie about kids (or kids' stuff)
  14. VinsanityV22

    Episode 38 β€” I Have 30 Companies

Another week, another forum to get up to "Hot Status". Can't wait to hear what Sean & Hayes think of Worlds Worst Tennants... *download faster, mp3!*
  15. Oh man; never go to Jezebel or Gawker if you want to maintain a positive outlook on life. They link stories like that ALL. THE. TIME.
  16. VinsanityV22

    Episode 5 β€” Burning Man

Damn Big Propane! I wouldn't be surprised if SOMEONE is profiting from this thing and these people. It's amazing how people will turn a blind eye towards anything if money passes into the right hands... I just can't think of anything else that would secretly sponsor such an event. Maybe, like, Lumber Liquidators? To build all the stuff they burn? Porta-pottie manufacturers? Propane industry's as good a guess as any.
  17. Downloading this as we speak! While I definitely recognize how talented Eban is, I don't know how to feel about this; I've grown quite accustomed to Mr. Schletter communicating exclusively through piano from the Pod F. Tompkast. EDIT: Still don't know about Schletter's voice... but his inner voice is quite sexy That guy's got moxy! This music is amazing. Especially dug the Spaghetti Western theme... made me want to bust out my PS2 and play some Wild ARMS 3 again. Beautiful stuff, Eban! Definitely heading to DL-music.com.
  18. Man, Matt - you are the coolest for doing what you did for Dave & his Friends And "Dave" was kind of genius with that line at end about liking awkward pauses - it couldn't fail! Because if it did, than it worked perfectly. Michael, if you're still checking the forums, you were brilliant there! Jeez, that manual must be something else! Ian and Amy were, as always, excellent too (and totally made Michael look great, to boot, just like she promised). This just keeps on being my favorite podcast!
  19. VinsanityV22

Episode 243 β€” Blow Me Up, Tom!

TOM LEYKIS! One of my favorites! "MARIA HERE......... what if I lost the sentence I was just going to make up?" - rofl. Oh man; that kinda situation is what that acronym was invented for. Of course, Maria Bamford is lovely, hilarious and charming as well, but man: I. Love. This. Character. I think I could listen to a whole podcast just with James Adomian doing this one guy, doling out "advice" for all the guys out there - maybe taking questions from twitter or via phone calls or something. It would be amazing.
  20. VinsanityV22

Episode 71 β€” The Glimmer Man

It's official; Steven Seagal is totally a new character for Jason. The next time he shows up on Comedy Bang-Bang, he BEST do it as Seagal... Ideally, against Paul's Frank Stallone and Nick Kroll's Sly Stallone. And James Adomian's Jesse Ventura! A few more impressions, and Hot Saucerman will have his own Expendables going on!
  21. VinsanityV22

Episode 37 β€” Huge Dymanic Power Couple

Man! Thank you Sean and Hayes! I WAS afraid of Chevy's last name - I didn't even bother to know how to pronounce it! Now though, I have faced my fears and it's all thanks to you guys. Also, I totally misread Big Brother - thanks for explaining it through that brilliant Porky Pig analogy! Man - I can't believe I have been saying, "You Top the Cake" wrong all my life! I'm from New York too! I feel like such a fool! I guess my public school was just humoring me with all those A's I used to get. The college I went to as well - this Bachelor degree must be a joke. I'm glad Big Brother hires such geniuses as contestants so I can acknowledge that, perhaps, I have some growing to do as a person and, through much improvement, I could almost approach the same level as these bastions of human excellence. I mean, I already learned earlier this season that I'm nowhere near as racist towards Asians as I should be! What life lesson will be doled out next week, I wonder? Reality Show-Show is, without a doubt, the most life-changing podcast on Earwolf. No wonder you guys are propping up rookies like How Did This Get Made? I bet Jason Mentzoukas would totally just riff on a pencil sitting in front of him - not at all like the pros, who know that kinda thing is beneath them! Awesome episode guys! This show is too entertaining. And Chevy was lovely; a very cool guest! ... Where's Lucas Holmes? He had possibly the best shout-out of all time at the end there
  22. VinsanityV22

Episode 53 β€” Best Of Year One

I haven't listened to this yet (downloading it as we speak), but if Noah's thorough examination of what the Bread & Butter song means isn't on this Best Of, I'll be pissed Congrats on your first year of, hopefully, many more to come, Jake!
  23. I'm hitting F5 a lot, Sean & Hayes. That's gotta be worth a couple hundred thousand at least. These aren't just any podcast hosts - Sean can't drive a frickin' Toyota. I want my podcast hosts to be able to comfortably afford their Testarossas! Ideally, he should be able to use a new one for every trip he goes out on. Only peasants like myself reuse their vehicles. *continues to reload page incessantly*

What scenes belong in I4H Best Of Vol. 3??

Most of Ep.95 ( + the scene from 95.5, where Eugene gets the crap beaten out of him for NOT making out with Mark Sanchez's drunk sister) should definitely be making an appearance in Best Of Vol.4 I guess my votes go to: 82 I Am A Gamer 0:38:00-0:52:36 75 Southern Scatting Gentleman 0:52:17-1:02:01 83 Driving Yellow Jackets 0:21:27-0:34:09 92 Pineapple 1:04:08-1:10:15 51 Poe's Ghost 0:59:20-1:13:42 (judging by what Poorpete says though, I may have to pull this one out in an Edit. Gonna go listen to Best Of Vol.2 myself though) 69 Fill My Butt With Air 0:09:36-0:19:51 75 Ski Lodge Racism 0:43:34-0:52:17 78 George Lucas In Heaven 0:26:17-0:36:19 89 Too Fat For Radio 0:35:22-0:44:42 91 Yelling Atheist 0:52:16-1:01:11 92 Naming The Royal Baby 1:10:15-1:17:18 70 Sausage Focus Group 0:21:55-0:33:16 70 Freaky The Rasta Clown 1:03:38-1:15:23 81 Know-It-All Scout 0:26:24-0:36:54 82 Apocalypse Crushes 0:16:31-0:25:51 I gotta re-listen to some of these though... (84 Double Or Nothing 0:23:30-0:34:16, 85 Tom Petty's Beard 0:45:09-1:02:26, 87 Moving To The Middle Of America 0:16:46-0:28:24)...

    Episode 144 β€” Voice Rolls

Now this is a cool guest to get Ever since I started paying attention to voice actors, Grey DeLisle has been one of my favorites. She just seems to keep popping up in a lot of the coolest cartoons & video games - she's the voice of Catwoman in the Batman: Arkham games for crying out loud. For doing the voice of Mandy alone in Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, she's got a lifetime membership in the "Hall of Most Awesome Voice Actresses", alongside ladies like Tress MacNeille (Simpsons, Futurama, Babs Bunny), Kath Soucie (Rugrats, Futurama, Lola Bunny from Space Jam) and Tara Strong (Powerpuff Girls, Teen Titans, Harley Quinn from Batman: Arkham City forward) far as I'm concerned. Neat episode!
