From what I read he did a re-write of the initial script, which was then re-wrote by screenwriting team for the final. Best guess is about 30% of his jokes made it through. If it was all him, obviously it would have made over $120 million opening weekend.

She was totally showing when I went to the taping of the Deck the Halls ep last month. I thought about telling you guys but I decided to respect their privacy instead. Looking forward to welcoming baby Street Fighter Raphael-Scheer into the world! -
The Soundcloud link seems to be working but the site link redirects to the page. And it isn't up on Stitcher, which happened last time people were saying it wasn't up on iTunes...

Fogelnest Files named one of AV Club's 10 Best of 2103
EarBear posted a topic in The Fogelnest Files with Jake Fogelnest
http://www.avclub.com/article/the-best-podcasts-of-2013-106168 Sincerest of congrants on this well deserved recognition, Jake. You've done truly great work this year. I know I speak for many fans, both on this message board and off, in saying I really look forward to hearing future episodes of your always thoughtful and appropriately silly podcast. Much love, good buddy. -
I meant to backup that Tucker and Dale vs. Evil comment specifically, too. I forgot my improv fundamentals. YES Tucker and Dale vs. Evil is awesome, AND Nurse 3D looks like a pile of horse shit. Guys, I just made an improv.

I didn't even see it as sniping, stillsaw, I was gonna say thanks for the assist. I only just noticed this went up officially over the weekend. Re: Paz de la Homeless: I'm not familiar with her, but I GISed her. She seems quite lovely and has very striking features, but what's up with her face in this movie? It just looks... off... Anyways, I love stillsaw's commentary on this. Really pulling for this one. With Twilight officially done and Fast and Furious in limbo, I don't want to see the crew abandon theatrical releases all together. "I texted him from your phone. As The Count from Sesame Street. He was so confused as to why I kept counting..."

Fogelnest Files named one of AV Club's 10 Best of 2103

Topic was not a typo - obviously I am writing this from the future. Jake, congrats on still being around in 90 years. -
Has anyone actually read this book? I just flipped through a couple reviews. People that mention the adaptations say that Cobra was WAY off (shocking), and even Fair Game wasn't that faithful to the source material. Very curious if a decent book can spawn two horrendous movies.

No idea what this movie is about. Easily one of the worst trailers I've seen in awhile. http://www.hulu.com/watch/555712 Did we ever have a bad trailer thread? Sometimes I think we should post bad trailers for Paul to riff on in the minisodes...

Is anyone else old enough to remember this commercial? I always loved that look Little Richard gives Cindy Crawford when she howls her horrible, flat "CINDY" at about :09.

http://www.filmschoolrejects.com/features/what-is-homefront-a-guide.php I continue my lobbying efforts UNABATED.

Vince Offer. He made another TERRIBLE movie called 'The Underground Comedy' back in the late '90s I think? He could never find distribution for it, so he ended up selling it via late night infomercials. Then he ended up selling lots of shit on late night infomercials cause he made so much money at it. I've talked to him on the phone at work before. He's an honest to God piece of shit.

I'm lobbying for this movie and Homefront, mostly cause I like it when the crew does a theatrical release. Now that the Twilight sagais done, I don't want them to abandon theatrical flicks. Homefront seems like it'll be pretty enjoyable, in that over the top Roadhouse kind of way. This movie looks like a real what the fuck turd, though. Lionsgate really need to drop the trailer so I can post it here...

"I didn't know this town had an emergency room..." "Now you're catching on." Wait, what?

*bumpin* http://bloody-disgusting.com/news/3159765/how-much-sex-blood-and-violence-is-in-nurse-3d-a-lot/ "Imagine Fatal Attraction and Black Swan and then throw it into a hospital. Thatβs kind of our world. Its a world youβve never seen before. Itβs sexy, yet gritty, violent and nasty. And then it became sexy again. Itβs like, βwow!β I could never quite put my finger on what the next scene was going to be when I read the script because it was so wickedly off. And then I did another pass on the script and rewrote the script myself and I took what was already there and amped it up."

The Roger Corman Fantastic Four movie is one of the worst movies ever made. Keep in mind they didn't even distribute it. I bought a bootleg copy on VHS for $20 in like 1997 at a comic convention... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fVLqs9MrGbw

I totally pointed that out to the chick I brought to see Daredevil in the theater and she was all, "Who is David Cronenberg?" and I never saw her again* *after I fucked her** **I'm actually a 37 year old virgin. :-(

It always makes me laugh, too. Also, for future reference, it's usually called a 'tenso' or 'photobomb tenso'. Or possibly a 'reframe tenso'. Something like that. Though I like your name for it more, but it seems like a bitch to type.
