"What are those circle things in people's ears?" "Hearing Aids?". Loved this little exchange.

Ladies, this is the final rose of the evening.

I'm surprised and sad that Bob Ducca did not make an appearance to be there as Scott's father. And I would have loved to see Henry's reaction when Gary Busey talked about adopting him.

Beverly Hills 90210- so many guns.

Nothing new to add, but to chime in and say how awesome everyone is. More Amy Phillips!!!!!

Best catchphrase suggestion ever.

Wait, you guys actually like Garden State the movie? My world was just shattered!

Earwolf, you have topped yourself again. (I actually thought that in Ronna's voice and said "tawped"). I couldn't wait to leave work to finish listening.

Beverly, I would love to hear what kind of lover Alan Ginsberg the guidance counselor was.

I could listen to Tig saying "Yeah?" for an hour and be happy.

Yes! The return of Matt's father's letters!

James Adomian continues to amaze me.

A.N.T. Farm actually looks like a fun show...where were the shows about the brainy gifted kids when I was younger?
-
Mark must be such a good actor that I expected him to be like his character on The League (who is a major asshole) but was obviously delightful. Also, I liked how Andy seemed genuinely into the Honda role play.

Sorry- double post!

I am a huge fan of the podcast-and-stand-up Doug Benson, but I am constantly pleased with how friendly and down to earth he seems. He seems to be one of the most promotion and business savvy of most comedians, which I also find fascinating. I wish I was going on the Weezer cruise!

Great episode, but the highlight was Ian responding to the angry parent in the style of reading the letter. How he did that for so long without breaking is proof of comedic genius.

Two episodes in one week? It must be Christmas! (Or Kwanzaa, Hannukah...)

Jason's outrage is the funniest thing ever.

Because how can you begin to describe to Gelmania?

Is this the first repeat guest? If so, it's a good one to repeat! And I think "Elizabeth designs your fantasy celebrity encounter" should be a regular feature.

Can we just talk about how Aurora is wearing a Baby-Sitters Club tee shirt?!?!?!?! Awesome!

EDITED TO ADD: Apologies for writing something that was considered inappropriate. I felt I was just being honest about my thoughts. I'm not here to argue about what should or should not be posted on these boards. However, is there a specific guideline for forums somewhere on the site? [i mean other than the don't post spam, etc....] I don't want to make the same mistake twice.

It was a bit hard to hear that Christopher Reeve was kind of pompous- I always liked to think he was Clark Kent-ish in real life. But, it's only one person's side of the story.
-
I love this show and everyone involved, but I can't help but be a bit critical of the last episodes. it seemed more of a "let's all gang up on the weird person and give them a hard time" instead of the characters and scenarios of the previous weeks. And I can't help but cringe when the British robot voice announces the "one word suggestion...from Twit-ah." And yes, please more Andy Daly!

Seriously! They went to the same high school, and then he's all "where are you from?" and she said "San Francisco" and he says "San Jose". Firstly, aren't they "from" the same place if they went to high school together? Also, I believe they are IN San Jose, so he would say "I'm from here"?
Â
Also, the Vietnamese restaurant is in San Jose and then they go dancing in San Francisco- which I guess if possible, if you want to drive 40 minutes. Then, the next day they are in Half Moon Bay suddenly. Sure, these are all in the bay Area but I hate when locations are not depicted correctly. As if THAT is the thing that is wrong with this movie.
