Eugene Mirman would be great and pretty pretty please have Ben Schwartz back on. He's too funny. -
Great episode and re: Japandroids they could easily stuff that song in mid set. Nearly all of their stuff is at that energy level.

Kulap flossing unexpected sets of teeth call back! Jason Mantzoukas episode was the vagina dentata one I think...

I didn't know where else to post this, and I doubt anyone will see it, but BIG Analyze Phish shout out in the NYT today! "Perhaps he’s better off doing his own thing. His most audacious work of comedy — and cultural criticism — has been a series of four podcasts called “Analyze Phish.” In the show Harris Wittels, a writer for the NBC sitcom “Parks and Recreation” and a devoted fan of the jam band Phish, tries to convince Mr. Aukerman to share the passion. Explaining the setup during the second episode, Mr. Aukerman said: “I thought it was ridiculous that a grown man, an educated man — by all accounts who went to Harvard — would enjoy the band Phish, and I thought it was so weird, and so we thought of this idea to do this show where you play me Phish songs and try to get me to like it. And I’m coming in with an open heart and open mind.” Mr. Wittels — who actually attended Emerson College — pointed out that Mr. Aukerman’s heart wasn’t that open: “Not really anymore. You really hate them more than anybody, ever.” The series culminated with Mr. Aukerman and Mr. Wittels attending a Phish show at Madison Square Garden. But even under the influence of various mood enhancers Mr. Aukerman could not embrace the band. “I think I owe you an apology,” Mr. Wittels says during one episode, “I feel like I did you a disservice.” “Fantastic!” Mr. Aukerman replies. “I feel that I’m owed one.” Huzzah !

YES! PFT! Also, maybe it's just that everyone in my life is pretty Game of Thrones obsessed currently but I manage to keep most characters straight.

Also I could NOT STOP GIGGLING during the Sybian-Tesseract line of questioning , jesus my co-workers must hate me.

I hope Howard reads this but just wanted to say whenever I listen to Two Charted I have his theme stuck in my head for at least the rest of the day. I understand the love for Kulap's but there's something about that beat. Have a great Summah !

Great episode, and I certainly hope that for the special launch of the album episode brings back PFT , the perfect summer guest. Also Kulap in short shorts!
-
Both great guests , Gillian's Words With Friends anxiety cracked me up to no end. I hope they're both back asap !
-
Double hersey! I could go for at least twice the amount of Wompler.

Loved it, wish it could have been 3 hours. The most pleasant surprise was how great these stripped down St Vincent songs sound. Fantastic ! EDIT: "I know Reggae Tony ..."
-
Hilarious , burst out laughing @ 45:50 min.

I don't know what it is but this was one of the BEST episodes in a while, I've listened to it twice over already. I disagree with the fatsquirrel though more PFT is always better!

Love hearing 'The Men' on Who Charted , they're the fucking boss.

Also second to John Darinelle (of Mountain Goats fame) , and it would be fantastic if you could have Scott Auckerman on again. Maybe I'm a terrible person but the 'halfie' jokes killed me. ohn Darinelle ( -
Here in Winnipeg, despite not having anything to do with Swollen Members I must say I'm also embarrassed.
-
Oh my God , I burst out with the Eppitone / Glass impressions that was amazing.

So happy this movie's got chosen , I remember as a giddy 14 year me picking it out as probably the most ridiculous video in the store (Leprechauns in Space has got to be close though)

Can't wait! I 'm a full blown WTF addict and love the idea of Sklars Maron meet up. Huzzah!
